When you call Snell, ask for Dan, Walter, and Matt to do heating system installation. Very professional, knowledgeable and down right nice. I was worried at first that's just me. Once Dan and the crew got there I was very comfortable and excited. They did a wonderful job cleaned up and told me the system. Thanks Guys

Franco, my technician, arrived on-time and was able to quickly identify the problem and repair my unit. He was professional, answered all my questions, and most important: within 30 minutes of his arrival I had cold air flowing again!

We had a major water leak from out humidifier on a Sunday. They responded and Sean was our technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He stopped the leak and needed to order several parts. The following day Sean called and informed me he had thr parts and and said he'd be at the house around 2PM. He arrived at 2:10 and replaced the damaged parts, checked the entire system to make sure it was operating properly. I highly recommend Snell Heating and Air.

Technician was willing to LISTEN AND COMPLY WITH MY REQUEST to set the water heater temperature where I wanted it. Easy peazy if you can hear female voices. Not always the case with repairmen. Thanks for sending a good one, Snell!

Snell installed our HVAC and Water Heater a couple years ago. Since then we have a service contract with them. Their Technician, Mohammad, recently came out to service our HVAC system as a part of a twice annual inspection. He was incredibly knowledgably, straight-forward, and transparent. I really appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to explain everything he was doing as well as providing tips to keep everything running optimally!
