Aron Corrales was awesome. Professional, insightful, and helpful. We had him come out after we had a problem with our sewer drain. He was courteous, on time, and very efficient. I trust Aron to do more work here and will continue to rely on this company for my plumbing needs. Nice job Aron!

Snell sold me a lemon Lennox system and now I spend my Christmas Eves freezing. They have never been able to fix it and their managers denied a full replace when it first happened. Managers do not approve money coming out of their pockets - would rather have me freezing.Apparently, they can’t fix it. The whole thing has been a nightmare. Please do not have them install a new system for you. You are asking for a lot of trouble and bad times. They are not forthright about their inability to help. Say they are going to call back and don’t.

Had Snell come out to do a Heating Tune-Up ($59 special) and Jay did a great job of informing me about the system and it's condition. In addition, he let me know the water heater was on its last leg by pointing all of the faults out and recommended its replacement, something that wasn't even included but appreciated. I wound up scheduling the water heater replacement and in 2 days, replaced and good to go. Both technicians, Jay and Michael were professional and wearing protective gear the whole time. All in all great experience and will be using them in the future.

They’re really expensive, definitely more than others in the area. However, my experience with their a/c tech and their service was really good, which is why I felt compelled to leave a good review. One, they guarantee they can come same day, or next day if it’s past a certain time. Two, they have a 3 year guarantee on services and parts, so that’s nice. I felt really happy with the repair technician. Cesar knew what he was doing, didn’t try to upsell me, and explained everything to me so I knew what was going on. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. So yeah, overpriced, but I guess if it means I’m going to get a really experienced tech and good service it’s worth it.

Snell was terrific. I used them to fix an AC issue and they responded immediately, fixed the problem professionally and explained it well. When my system started to fail they walked me through all the options without a hard sell, worked with me on price and timing and the team was there the very next morning to do the install. They replaced my two zone system in a single day, explained it all and everything worked perfectly. There were extra efforts made all along the way - improving duct work, re-routing lines, replacing insulation, etc. - little touches that weren't required but were done because it was more professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

Snell did a great job! Immediately scheduled us for an appointment when our AC went out for the next day but also worked to get a technician out that night which they did. Their technician, Jeff, was quick to get to us and polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them more. Services were great and the people were even better!

one of their representative came to my house and he basically said he need to clean the heater parts and he did thay but charged me for the cost for electrical fix and after he left, the heater stopped working again. he basically took 400 for nothing. i have been trying to get a refund by contacting their customer relations department and they hve not been responding.
