Got them over for a heating system checkup. The technician, Rabindra, was knowledgeable and helpful and gave good advice on further steps to take. Clearly showed all the leaks and current problems and fixed what could be fixed as part of the checkup.
Used Snell twice in two different properties and can't say enough good things about the two technicians (Dan M. and Michael M.). Both were ontime, professional, through and fixed the issues on the spot. Then went on to explain and provide tips on effecient use and mantenence of the units. Snell is a bit pricy but i'm really happy overall.
Our technician Lloyd was great. He verified the services and cost right when he walked through the door. He found a problem and had it fixed within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Snell.
I was told it would take 4-5 hours for the very expensive furnace portion of my HAVC system to be replaced which alone I thought was a long time but it ultimately took 10 hours and 36 minutes. There was no communication from the installers as to why it was taking so long nor did they even warn me it was going to take longer than expected. I tried calling Snell and was told I would receive a call back from management but that never happened. I wasn't able to go out to exercise, run errands, or do much of anything that day because I didn't want to leave strangers alone in my home. I couldn't even eat because my kitchen was full of their stuff. It was a very frustrating experience.
Update: They responded to this review saying that I spoke with a customer relations manager but I did not. I hadn't spoken to anyone. About 3 hours after posting the original review they called for billing and that is when I asked them why nobody called me back about my concerns.
I initially had good experiences with Snell. They tuned my HVAC, performed some limited repairs, and replaced my Lennox Smart thermostats, which weren't cheap. They sold me their subscription plan which covered an annual tuning and got me "priority" service when I needed it. One of my new thermostats kept shutting off in the middle of this heat wave and they said they would only schedule us for "regular" service. They couldn't tell us if our 5 month old thermostats were under warranty and asked us to check our paperwork, even though they could see our service history. I dug a bit deeper on the services they did perform. The drainage on my units hadn't been cleaned. Some of the duct work taping had been sliced... They just wanted a reason for the next repair. We requested to cancel the subscription service and we'll pay a more trustworthy company when the next emergency arises.
Overcharged me for a simple drain unclog and then completely missed my fall inspection appointment. I waited around for 4 hours, tried to reach someone at the business to help, kept getting transferred to voicemails that don’t work. Will not use Snell again.
Edit: this is in response to your reply. I have tried calling. I’ve spoken to every one of your customer service agents. No one in management has a working voicemail and they tell me they cannot connect me directly with any manager. You’re free to look me up by my appointment yesterday and call my contact number.
