Quality Air Experts LLC

The Quality Air Experts LL was refer by my American Home Shield. They had the timeframe mixed first time they had to come out and I had to reschedule. I'm not sure if the tech thoroughly check the AC unit but he said there was nothing wrong with it. That was a waste of $100. I have will have another AC company service and see if there is something really wrong with it, they will have to come back within 20 days again for misdiagnose since I have a grace period with AMS. The tech said the full service if I wanted done would be $300 but I can have it service cheaper.

They changed both of our units in below freezing temperatures. The work was done in the time frame promised. I am very happy with the new efficient units and they have reduced our Utility bills as well. The technicians that preformed the work were knowledgeable and courteous, even though it was very difficult to get the unit in the attic. I have recommended them to my family members as well.

I was most impressed with Parsa the Tech that worked on my unit. He went to great length's to solve the problem with my system. Ordered the necessary part and installed it and needless to say I was completely satisfied.

The first technician who came was rude and not helpful. The company saw my bad review and called me immediately to offer for a senior technician to come out. The senior technician came out the same day. He still couldn’t correct my issue (because I need vents added and the company doesn’t offer that service) but he was thorough and very nice. I’ve updated my review to 4 stars.

We hired Quality Air Experts LLC last year as part of our home warranty and they came by to fix our heat pump. During that visit they took apart our thermostat and we found out this year that they re-assembled it incorrectly when they put it back together. Just had to pay another company more than $200 to fix their mistake!

Hostile, unresponsive, and unfriendly. But may have gottenthe job done. We told him we had no heat for three days, his growl was it wasn't his fault, about which he was right.

Your company will never darken our door again. We are discussing with our attorney filing suit against all three entities involved! You cannot damage people and just walk away from it.

Contractor was assigned by home warranty. Noise started in the system few days back. They were unable to diagnose it and just said that system is old.

I can not thank the Quality Air Experts enough for such a rapid, painless, clean and outstanding work on my AC as soon as it stopped working. I did not have to communicate more than once and the job was done smoothly and very inexpensive. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in an efficient process and great outcome.

The technician communication skills need to improve I had to ask him. Didn’t show me or explained what he did. He just said everything was ok looked and measured my registers then left.(He was polite but little communication) It took him less than 20min to perform a maintenance job. I won’t use it again or recommend it. I would like a refund!

My heater broke and my home warranty company contracted with Quality Air Experts to fix my heater. Dealing with my home warranty company was an awful experience and it took 3 weeks to actually get my heater fixed because the home warranty company kept delaying things BUT Quality Air made sure that the second the correct parts were in, they made an appointment with me to come fix it the next day. The gentleman who fixed my heater was very nice and so were all the people who answered my phone calls. I highly recommend this company.
