Awesome company and great service. They're reliable and professional, quick to respond and highest quality installation of new equipment. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgable and wasn't just trying to sell. They're also very cost effective . I highly recommend them.

We book through AHS for service maintenance check. The technician Esi B spent 5 minutes outside to check the fan. he Said it was working fine then decided to leave without checking the AC system in the attic. I addressed there was unusual noise from the filter but he ignored. He said because we cleaned the duct so it’s not his problem so he doesn’t need to Perform the primary task to ensure the noise is unrelated to the system.

Quality air has a great warranty and are extremely communicative. I had an issue with my HVAC last night at 10pm and they were here by noon. Daniel is a great servicer as well.

Much improved notification for second appointment arrival. The tech was excellent- as he was the first time. He explained the problem very patiently & did a patch so I will have heat/air until part arrives. I was very happy with the appointment.

1. They were able to come out, same day within the time requested. Convenience is everything for this busy Nurse Mom!
2. Timely, Professional and Helpful with a minor fix. Had my heat working within minutes!
3. Last but most importantly, Trustworthy! If you're looking for HVAC assistance and fearful of upcharge or over service, this is not a concern for this company. They equally serviced a neighbor in the same manor.

Not trustworthy! Be on the lookout! 0 stars! They were already aware that they didnt service the type of AC in my building, but still made the contractor come out to collect the money from the home warranty. The technician himself said, I know we dont work this type of AC and I told them but they still wanted me to come out, take pictures and send it to the home warranty.

The consultants / reps - both Stephanies were so friendly and knowledgeable! They were super supportive and efficient, they were able to get a technician 👨‍🔧 out to us very quickly!

My gas furnace went down and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the replacement needed to be ordered, and it took a while to deliver. It was very bad timing because it was the coldest week in the last 3 years. The phone operators called me every day with updates, called to pressure the delivery company on my behalf, and sent out the installers on Friday afternoon when the furnace was finally delivered Friday morning. They were very professional. I have had a lot of trouble with other companies that seemed completely indifferent when deliveries were delayed because it has nothing to do with them, so it was nice that this company looked for solutions even though they didn’t really have to because they knew I was struggling.

Office staff was friendly and cooperative. Technician was on time and detailed with the job. Fixed my issue in less than 10mins!! These guys are quick and definitely experts.
