I use Esi for several years already and am totally satisfied. He always does a great job, always responds very quickly. His prices are decent. We moved out of the area and rented out our house, and I still call Esi if there is trouble with the A/C, he fixes everything, I do all business on the phone, very convenient. Highly recommend.

Parsa, the techcian, did good job. However, I waited for the new part and again right size part for 3 weeks and lived in a winter season temparture was under 30 degree at night witout heat.

Said blower in air handler needed to be replaced when, in fact, it needed a new capacitor. Also, did this through Cinch Home Warranty, who totally dropped the ball. A total FAIL all the way around.

Technician was pretty rude and barely spent more than 5 minutes evaluating and helping to fix. Had to call another tech from another company who fixed the issue.

Highly trained and skilled technicians, on spot diagnostic by the first technician and today Naeem and his partner came to replace the compressor and they were on time, friendly and efficient. Naeem was able to answer all my questions and listed to all my concerns and addressed them properly. I’m thankful that our warranty company chose them for us.

HVAC Repairman Parsa was very informative and found and fixed my problem promptly. Care and consideration was given, though not required, to keeping my property clean.

My heat was out and they were able to fit me in the same day. Turned out they ended up coming early (pretty sure that has never happened). They were able to quickly identify the issue and resolve. Just what the “doctor” ordered.
