The guy knew exactly what the problem was and done in 15 min. It turned out to be a fuse that had burnt out. He was very courteous, professional and put everything back as it was. It was great service completed for the a/c unit and with no hesitation. I had put a service call the day before. They came out the next day. I plan to use them again in the future with no questions asked. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again Quality Air Experts.

Update (2021-11-05) - The technician came and installed the condenser. He arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time. Everything works. He and the other technician were very nice and answered any questions I had. I do like the option to pay online from this company.
Walked right in and knew what the issue was, finished the job in 30mins. In the 'fix' gave the system more options for later maintenance/repair if necessary... Very nice demeanor.
Daniel came a d quickly assessed the system was functioning properly. He showed me the gauges and i was able to verify his position. No game, no gimmicks. Unfortunately this was a call following a tune-up vía American Home Shield where a different company said I had a leak.
If I could give zero stars I would. They came to my apartment to "fix" an AC issue. They said it was fixed. I had to consistently call for the next week to state there continued to be an issue with my AC. They finally came out and "replaced the unit". This was not fixed and they had to come again. During these visits they were ATROCIOUS. They caused staining on my chair due to dirt brought in. They consistently left the toilet seat up and generally awful to be around. They seemed to have NO IDEA what the issues were or how to fix them. DO NOT USE THEM if you can avoid it.
You can breathe easy with Quality Air - their coordinating staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and their technicians are professional, efficient, and kind. I would never call a different HVAC company - can't recommend them highly enough.
On a last minute repair between the walk through and closing, they worked with me to expedite a part order and avoid costly delays. Thank you!!!
A recall order was placed first a defective thermostat after the technician from the initial call was unwilling to accept that the thermostat was the issue. Now we await a 3rd service call. It should be noted that this was a AHS ( appliance warranty)coverage issue.
Requested assistance with a seemingly defective humidifier solenoid. The technician was proficient in his job but did not provide much information or explanation when I asked questions to try to understand the situation. In the end, though, he performed well at his core task. He diagnosed the problem and said he would contact the home warranty company. Good experience overall.
This company has been giving us the run around for over three weeks during record breaking heat. They needed to order a new compressor for our AC and told us it would take 5-7 business days. That was three weeks ago. Every time I call they are “on hold” with their contracting company and don’t have an update. One rep told me the part had been ordered and would arrive by this past Monday. Another rep told me there was no record of the part being ordered and that he doesn’t know where that information came from. They will not give actual answers, frankly they seem incompetent. I do not recommend this company at all. Unprofessional, scattered, unreliable.
Have used their services a few times and found them to be very competent and professional. Staffs cares about customer's needs while providing cost effective solutions.
