I purchased a whole new system from Air1. The furnace is in the attic and a very difficult job. Air1 provided the best quote of 4 considering quality and price. The installation crew was great and worked diligently for 3 days to complete the job. I am knowledgeable and picky about mechanical systems. Air1 does quality work. They listened to my concerns and the result is a first rate installation. I am a happy, comfortable camper. 5 stars.

I had my ac unit and furnace replaced by Air 1 Mechanical Systems Inc. because they have a BBB A+ rating and were on the Angie's List. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you to get the best price available on HVAC equipment and installation. Alan and Marc provided expert advice and technical information that helped me select the best HVAC system for my house. Bahar was super friendly and patient whenever I called to ask her questions. Also, Jimmy and Carlos completed the installation in less than one day and were true professionals throughout the job. I couldn't be more happier with my new HVAC system and the installation done by this excellent company - definitely 5 stars!

I had three warranted parts replaced on my heat pump because my AC had stopped working. Although the parts were covered under the warranty I paid over $500 to replace the parts because the installation was not covered. While it still seems odd that I should have to pay to replace warranted parts the worst part was it only took 30 minutes to do the work. So I guess Air1 bills technician time at somewhere around $1,000 an hour..... I would have rated them lower but the technician was excellent and very pleasant to work with.

We needed to have our old heat pumps replaced and contacted a number of vendors in the area for quotes. We ultimatelly (and independent of vendors) decided to go with Carrier and the company suggested Air 1 Heating as a possible installer. We received a quote, but were in no hurry since the old systems were still working (albeit inefficiently). Eight months passed before we decided to invest in the replacement. Out of three vendors, only Air 1 was willing to honor the original quote, which is amazing in this day and age.

The service we received was reflective of how Air 1 engages with their customer in the sales process: prompt, respectful, and customer-focused. The owner came with the installation team and checked in during the process. The owner was there at the end to step us through what was done and how to use the systems. The installation was done quickly, and our house was respected in terms of not making a mess and being the least disruptive as possible. These may not seem like big things, but it reflects the exceptional customer experience you can expect - in the sales process and thereafter.

A year has passed since we installed these units and we find that if we ever have a question, we have a reply to an email within 15 minutes. Scheduling routine maintenance was easy and flexible. All teams are highly trained, and we are not the least bit surprised that Courier actually recommends this team (as a top one on their list).

We have been so happy with the service we have received - our units are perfuming well, service support (for routine maintenance) has been exceptional - that we have recommended to our neighbors and would do so to anyone.

Couple of weeks ago our A/C system stopped working. Being an older unit and repair done earlier I was not happy. I called Air 1 in the afternoon and they were able to make an emergency evening appointment.
Their technician Pheak gave me the repair estimate but also cautioned that system due to age might break again and suggested to replace the unit. So, I agreed to replace the system. I do want to mention that the owner, Allen was very reasonable and was willing to work with me and offer me an acceptable price. Pheak was able to schedule an earlier appointment for system replacement.
Their technicians Jay, Jimmy and a helper were very knowledgeable
and despite my inquisitiveness they remained very professional and thoroughly answered my questions. Jimmy made sure that outside ground is leveled and spread gravel before installing the outside unit. Overall they spent good amount of time making sure that job was done well.
During the installation I asked them to replace an old rusty component which was not included in the original estimate, but Allen was nice enough on the phone to take care of it for me.
I am glad that owner of this company is easily accessible and willing to work with you to get the job done well. The system is working perfectly well so far.
I definitely recommend Air 1 for A/C repair work.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Mark was delayed by several hours but that was at a previous engagement. They kept me posted throughout the day and when he came, he diagnosed and worked with my dependencies and I have enjoyed a fixed HVAC unit since then. Efficient competed work.
Thanks guys for coming on or Sunday and taking care of my heater.

We had another issue, and Mac acme back and did an awesome job. Just as I was going through both, it looks like they were a little more expensive than others. But quality of work is just fabulous.

Air 1 always provides excellent services at very reasonable prices. All my friends had good experiences with Air 1 after their services. I got my AC repaired again by Air 1 several days ago. They contacted me multiple times to let me know where they were on the way, even with a picture of the technician. The work was done very professionally. Pheak did a wonderful job, and I highly recommend Air 1.
