Marc is awesome! We needed to have 2 hose bibs & 2 shut off valves replaced. I knew this was going to be a long, hard job because of the location of the shut off valves. Before starting the work Marc answered all of my questions & then explained what I needed to know after he had completed the job.
My husband & I will definitely be using Air 1 in the future, & I'll make sure to request Marc.

Air One Continues to provide outstanding service and timely availability. My relationship started 2-1/2 years ago during the heat of summer when our air conditioning went out. I called several HVAC vendors and it was Air One that had a live operator who answered my call. They were there that evening to investigate the problem and they replaced the AC/Heat Pump the next day! Then two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon, I called and they were able to see me 2 hours later. During that visit, the technician also noticed that the dryer vent wasn’t connected properly connected. A couple of days later, Air One came out to clean out and reconfigure the dryer vent so it was safer and working properly! The entire staff is knowledgeable , polite and professional … thanks Air One!

Had a cooling problem (July with temp at 90+F). We knew we needed a new unit (15 yr old). One call to Air1 - that’s it. I had a very reasonable quote and the team showed up in less than an hour. Great, professional people. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of what we needed. Jay K (Tech expert) is a rock star!!! Our 19 year old air condenser died during 90+ degree heat last week. The evaluator Jay was able to come out within a few hours and the manager worked with the installation team schedule to get us a new condenser installed the next morning. They also ordered and installed a new motor on our attic fan today. Everyone did a great job and were courteous wearing booties on their shoes and lying down sheets to protect the area.

This is our third time using Air 1 mechanical (2 HVAC installations at two different homes, one maintenance appointment), and the customer service is phenomenal. Always quick, responsive, friendly service with no hidden fees. Highly recommend!

I had scheduled Air 1 to come by on a Friday but rescheduled to earlier in the week without any issues. Marc came on time during the 2 hour window to provide the annual A/C system maintenance and provided me a status of my system, identifying potential issues that will need to be addressed sooner or later with photos to help me understand the issues better. He saw that the thermostat was broken beyond repair due to an accident where it was knocked off and dropped on the floor and replaced it for me w/ the discount that was included in my annual maintenance contract. Marc was very professional, quick, and personable which is why Air 1 has been my primary HVAC contractor w/ all my HVAC needs.
