Air 1 Mechanical Heating Cooling Plumbing

We had Air 1 out multiple times to service our 15 year old HVAC unit. Every time, Marc was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. We ultimately ended up replacing our unit with them and technicians Carlos and Medi did a great job! We would highly recommend Air 1.

Air 1 is a lifesaver! My in-wall AC unit died on Friday and when I called around on Monday for repairs, multiple HVAC companies couldn’t service my 24-year-old ptac wall unit. Just said it was out of scope. I thought I was out of luck until I called Air 1. They responded immediately and within a couple hours, the technicians were fixing my unit, not just diagnosing but fixing! Marc was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue with my unit and replace the broken part in minutes! The team also addressed other concerns with the unit and were able to remedy on the spot. Very professional and efficient service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family with older HVAC systems.

Jay Keramat is very professional. He came to my house and give me a brief run through of what is needed for my system. He provided various options for a new HVAC. We talked through and got the deal done on on Friday. The team came and installed the new unit on Monday. They completed on a few hours, tested the system, and cleaned up. Jay came back and explained how to use the new thermostat. Awesome company!

Jay serviced my yearly HVAC inspection and was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. He took his time in making sure everything was working correctly and made recommendations to implement that would prevent potential damage to apartments below me in the event if a clog. I would say he is my favorite technician so far.
