Cannot say enough great things about this company! I had my HVAC serviced this week and the blower motor replaced.The two technicians were extremely professional and courteous. They protected my floors immediately and cleaned up everything after the job was done. They also took photos of what was done and emailed them to me. They cleaned the condenser outside and took a before and after picture and wow what a difference! I highly recommend them for any HVAC and plumbing service you need at your home. I will surely be calling them again! Thank you for an exceptional service!

I have been a faithful customer of Air1 since 2015. They replaced my entire HVAC and water system on a condo I had purchased and had the best price to offer. Since then I have used them for everything. I have never had an issue with scheduling. I can get pretty much whatever day I request. I appreciate that they send a text and email when they are on the way. That way you aren’t waiting around all day wondering. Every person who has come to my house has been professional and courteous. They are very thorough on explaining the work that is to be performed. I also have a maintenance package for my HVAC system. They come in the spring and fall to conduct routine maintenance and to change the filter. Air 1 is my go to for heating and plumbing.

The best service I could ever hope for. We came home from vacation with no A/C and a technician came out right away. The technician gave me an honest estimate with an fair and reasonable recommendation. (He actually gave me several options.) He fixed the A/C for the evening at no charge and the installers came to the house the next day to put in a new system. The installers were polite, courteous, and meticulous with their actions. They ensured that everything was installed properly and left our home as clean as when they came in. I would recommend this company to any one of my friends and family. In my mind, and my families, they have gained a customer for life.

I have been working with these guys for years and trust them a lot. Yesterday Air 1 replaced my water heater, on the same day I initially called them. Very happy with the results!

The good: My A/C broke down Sunday evening. Air1 was the only place I could find that was still open. They were able to make an appointment for Monday morning. They were able to fix it the same day. The bad: I was charged about $800 for parts and labor. I could tell from the sound, the problem was a fan motor. The sound of bearings going bad is a distinct squeal that even a noob like me can tell. I could find the motor for about $200 online. They only took about 15 mins to swap out the motor, and no additional check/inspection was done. So, I feel like Air1 overcharged for a $200 motor and 15 mins of work. I went with Air1 because of the time it would take to get a second opinion from another source or get the part myself. I'm glad they were able to get the A/C unit fixed quickly (especially because it is mid summer and my house was heating up fast), but I paid a premium for it and got the least amount of service for the amount I paid. Additionally, the work was done this past Monday. It is now Friday, and I have yet to receive an invoice showing paid in full or any warranty paperwork. The tech says I get a 1 year parts and labor warranty, but what good is that without the paperwork? Overall, 3 stars. My AC works and it was fixed quickly, but it was expensive, the tech didn't stick around to make sure everything was functioning properly, and no receipt/invoice/warranty paperwork.

Marc/Jay/Jimmy arrived on time. Marc gave us an honest and detailed estimate for the work to be done and provided us with options. Jay and Jimmy arrived on time on the day of the work and prepared the area where the furnace and AC was located. They were systematic in their approach and was able to complete all the work necessary on time. This was the 2nd time for us with Air-1 and we have not been disappointed. We highly recommend their services for any HVAC related work.

Marc provided excellent plumbing service at our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Air 1 is one of the best and most professional companies I've ever worked with. Starting with Allan the company manager, who took the time to sit down with us and understand our needs and offer best 3 ton carrier system at the most reasonable and best price in the area. Not only that but he also went the extra mile and offered zero interest finance once paid in full in 12 months. Bahar, the admin assistant is wonderful and awesome; she coordinated the appointment and relayed the accurate time of the technicians. The 1st stage was a professional technician who provided the quotation and today the actual installing team of technicians headed by Jay Keramat were top of notch and provided outstanding service in a timely manner. I'm so happy we chose to work with this company. Carrier is indeed lucky to have Air 1 Mechanical as one of their certified Factory Certified Company. That's the way go. Well done guys!!

When our AC broke, Air 1 was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon(a Friday) to diagnose the problem. The technician was friendly and on time and I don't feel that he was trying to take us to the cleaners. We did need a completely new system, but the price they quoted was fair. We were able to schedule the appointment to have it replaced by Monday afternoon. They were able to have it fixed several hours ahead of schedule and the technicians were friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to other homeowners.

Jay did a great job repairing my a/c and performing annual maintenance on my system. I highly recommend Jay and Air 1.
