Crushed it. Hands down. Tony did a full sweep regarding our issues of course and kept going if something crossed his path. Highly recommend whether it be for minor repair or a serious ongoing problem. They tell it to you straight! Highly reccomend!!!!

Dec 16, called Norfolk Air at around 7 pm for an emergency plumbing issue. At first the receptionist said they didn't have anything until the following Tuesday. But, suddenly said she had someone that could come out. My kid was isolated in my home on their 5th day recovering from Covid. The repair person asked at the door if anyone had recently had covid. We told him we had and that they didn't need to come into the house just the garage. No one asked if anyone was sick on the phone at the office nor did the plumber who called ahead say anything about him being immunocompromised. He told his boss it was a livingroom (the garage). Still charged us 89 dollars and once we requested a refund, the manager Ricky H. said we would get one after protesting, "most people just tell us they are sick before hand". I am disappointed and will not be using them anymore. If they would have said upfront someone being sick would be an issue, I would have called some another place. Loyal since 2011, no more. I still expect the refund.

Everyone continues to be so helpful ensuring that my new system is squared away. Erin initiated a call to schedule a part replacement and Troy was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure it’s done right.
Update: New heat pump installed and process went so smoothly! Everyone who helped was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Taylor does an awesome job helping me out on the phone. Tyler worked with us to get what we needed, the installation coordinator was great and Steven, Ian and Anthony worked their tails off all day long in intense heat to get the job done and even tidied up so nicely. I’m a happy customer - thanks a bunch!

I called them at 8am, the lady was so nice on the phone and totally understood everything I was saying, and Wes was at my house before 8:30, he immediately looked at the issue and explained everything to me, gave me a quote, which was way way less than I though and changed my disconnect box in less than 30 mins, and now I have hot water again… THANKS SO MUCH!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The night before Christmas Eve, just as the temps start dropping like a stone, our gas furnace started short cycling. Called Norfolk Air around 4 pm since we have a protection plan with them and was told someone would be out between 6-8 pm. Jake called less than an hour later and was here within 15 minutes. Jake not only fixed the problem, but was incredibly thorough in his inspection and diagnostics. He was prompt, polite, and incredibly professional despite it being so cold and after hours. Can’t thank Jake enough for how awesome he was.
