We had someone come out and had our thermostat replaced downstairs. The price was $500 and wanted to check on this. The part that was used to replace the thermostat runs $58; the service fee was $90, so the hour of labor was worth $350?!! This seems so much more than it should have been: we have used their services in the past and never felt so taken advantage of. This cost was almost double what our neighbor paid for the same service with a different company.

Had Norfolk cooling and air come out because my ac was not working. Got an appointment the day I called and Troy came out and walked me threw what could be wrong, the tears he was running and how he planned to fix it. He was so helpful and professional!

Repairmen was courteous, responsive, provided answers to questions, meticulous, and neat in his work. Treated my home with respect and showed professionalism in his work. He cleaned our systems so they look like new.

Cassidy was a freaking champ from start to finish. Super professional and knowledgeable worker. Service in total took just about 1.5 hours for what I needed and that was fast, considering me and my toddler had been sweating at night for a week! I couldn’t recommend this company any more and certainly would consider Cassidy as top tier!

Tony and Jose were on time and very professional. They did a electrical panel upgrade with new ground rods. They got the job done quickly and cleanly. I will definitely be using this company again!

We called Norfolk Air to help handle several projects we needed done for our new home. They were able to quickly schedule a plumber, electrician & HVAC technician and coordinated appointments to make it easier for us! All of the technicians arrived on time, were professional, explained the work that needed to be done & quoted an accurate and fair price. After this experience, there is no one else we would trust to help us at our home!

Nick Striffler provided excellent service. Called when on his way and is really a pleasant person. He was thorough and advised of work that will need to be done in the future. My experience with the staff is always excellent. Also received an email explaining the work performed and estimate for future work.

I am extremely satisfied with the service from Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. The company went over and beyond with making sure we were made knowledgeable of the repairs needed. They were prompt on the scheduled day of the estimation, as well as the day of the repair work. The company was reasonable and offered several methods of collecting payment. I’d like to specifically shout out Jessica, Financial Director who walked me through the process of obtaining financing. I’d also like to thank Tony, Jose, and the other wonderful gentleman who accompanied him to complete what was a big job. They made the process of repair easy going and made sure we were satisfied with the work completed. They are definitely an asset to your company. We were so happy with the work done that we took advantage of the company’s Blue Ribbon program to maintain our heating and cooling system, as well as water heater. Thank you for your hard work!

Cassidy did a great job abating my worries about a burning smell coming from our AC, and was very thorough checking things out. Will definitely be contacting them again for some bigger maintenance concerns!
