My family and I had a rocky start to our relationship with Norfolk Heating and Air but they have taken care of us for several years now and continue to show us why they are one of the best! Professional, reliable, transparent and on time. I can't express how great these guys and girls, give them a call if you have HVAC needs. You won't be disappointed!

Starting the moment I set the service appointment, the office was extremely professional and communicative. I received text reminders and confirmations right up until my technicians were on their way to my house! They even send a photo of the actual technician and a link to track where they are on the route to my home. I appreciate this extra security feature! Both technicians, John and Darion, were once again, very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond in answering all of my numerous questions and explaining the new equipment to me. Would definitely call Norfolk Air again!! Thank you!

Quality service for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. I continue to renew my annual service contract with them for more than 10 years now. Somewhat large company that can typically be available and respond to emergency situations and easily schedule planned visits. But relatively expensive. I don't like that they only do lump sum billing without breaking out the costs. I've come to accept this. Sometimes they need to come back for a follow-up to address something forgotten or done incorrectly - and they want to charge for it, so sometimes there is some haggling. I've had terrible experiences with other companies. You can trust that this company knows what they're doing and they're bonded appropriately and you know you're not going to have warranty problems.

I want to start by saying Troy was super professional, knowledgeable, and nice. We were told He would be here between 10am and 2pm. He was here before on time, which was perfect. I will absolutely use their services in the future.

Jake is awesome! Very friendly and professional. Jake went above and beyond making sure I understood what needed to be done and gave me really reasonable pricing. I am happy Jake was there for us to fix the AC. We are cool as a cucumber now! Thanks Jake!

I’ll have to rescind my previous review and say, “buyer be aware!” Their pricing policy is outrageous. I asked for an itemized invoice. The invoice I received showed the total amount and a small discount (because I subscribed to a preventive maintenance plan). I wanted to know the hourly rate and (30% upcharge), parts, etc. I was charged $400 for a 5-minute job which I had already bought the repair parts. I called and canceled the maintenance plan. Word of mouth is the greatest advertisement; unfortunately, this company has lost any future referrals and my business. Again, buyers, be aware!

I have had some issues with my A/C and heating unit. All the technicians have been prompt and professional however Justin went above and beyond by explaining the reason my new blower motor failed and very quickly got it repaired. He was courteous, professional, and got my unit back up and running quickly. Thank you Justin for excellent service!

Mr. Malone was my first point of contact was knowledgeable and cost conscious assisting with creative solutions for parts procurement. Technicians, Mr. John and Mr. Ricky, were professional presentable and respectful. Technicians installed a tankless electric water heater quickly and efficiently. Work area was kept clean and technicians were respectful of time and budget concerns.

Service was professional, friendly, and super quick. A technician was at my house within two hours for a routine request. They were respectful of keeping my house clean, worked to get me the best deal, and were great at explaining the problem and options to fix it. overall, I was very impressed with Norfolk Air.
