The technician giving the estimate clearly explained the need for each item on the list and also worked with me to get the job within my budget. He showed up on time and was very professional during the entire visit.

I recently had a new heat-pack unit installed. Norfolk Air did a great job installing the unit and making sure I had the airflow required for the unit to operate efficiently. The installers were knowledgeable and friendly.

Ricky Hale came to our home for annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. He took his time and did a thorough cleaning. He also checked our toilets for leaks. Great job there too. He was very personable and professional. He was nice having such a pleasant and respectful young man in our home doing a great job. Kudos Norfolk Air on hiring the young men that came to our home this week.

Jake H came to our new condo and repaired the roof unit. He was super professional and efficient. He showed me pictures of everything he did (before and after) and made specific recommendaitons about how to make our system more safe. Tony is awesome. He called prior to coming, listened to what I was wanting/ needing, as discovered some safety concerns in which he provided honest opinions and clear explanations. If feels absolutely great when moving to a new area you find someone you can trust on doing repairs to your house. Norfolk Air and our Electrician Tony are phenomenal!! They did a complete Main Electrical Panel replacement and doing it right. The previous person who did it had many code violations. This is the second time we have used them and I guarantee we will use them again. Great job again!! Thank You!
