Justin called immediately with part concern and status, was prompt, professional. Communicated with office at finish. He provided complete service report and invoice. I called office and was sent the service report instantly.

We contacted this company over a month ago through a referral from my sister. The representative was on time for the first visit and very cordial. We paid for the service call at that time but learned that the piece we needed had to be ordered, we paid that day for the service call of $ 90.00 and an additional $ 75.00 for them to order the piece needed. We were told that our warranty for that piece had expired but my husband called the maker of the air conditioner to learn that the piece we paid them to order was in fact still under warranty. How did they did not know this, when the representative claimed he contacted the manager "Brandon" while at my home and Brandon " confirmed" that the piece was not under warranty.
Two days later another representative shows up and says that the piece ordered was defective and it would take another three to four weeks for the piece to be located and delivered. Today, 8-23-22, we were informed that there is no Idea when the piece would be in stock and available for delivery, however, they did have a piece that they could install (after market) for over $1000.00 dollars.
We are seniors and have had to endure hotel cost and over 80 degree temperatures in my home. My question is... how is it that no manufacturer in the U.S. has this piece? Are they waiting for the warranty to expire, or are they taking advantage of seniors?
Our faith in honest reputable company's continues to dim and it it such a shame that we have to now contact another company, pay for an additional service call, not alone continue to deal with the upcoming heat, summer is not over. Not only have I posted this review to the company's site, I will post this review over every media and news site that I can. 1 star for the company

Technician told us to buy the part and they would install. He was vague on the part and we got the wrong part. He told us after talking to his office that an email was sent 2 hours prior to our appointment effective immediately they don't install parts bought by the customer. So the $240 job would cost us $500. Not cool... And what a coincidence ๐คจ

Called several plumbing services on New Years morning to deal with a clogged sewer line that I had been trying to clear for a day. Norfolk Air's answering service sent the message to on call plumber, Chuck Malone, who called me back quickly and indicated that he would be finished with his current job in about an hour. He when he was finished with the first job he called again to get details that he needed to be sure he would bring the right drain rooter. He stayed in touch, arrived when expected and was friendly and courteous. He rooted out 100 feet drain to the street resolving the problem. The drain was inside the house and left the area cleaner than he found it, assisting in moving the washer dryer I had moved before he arrived back in place and hooking it back up. Not having had to pay for a drain rooting out in almost 40 years I don't know what the market price is, much less the Sunday holiday overtime. It was more than I expected, but I am glad for a job well done and the excellent service provided.

We use Norfolk Air Heating & Cooling regularly. Tammy who schedules is always friendly and helpful, and they are quick to respond. On this occasion, they were even able to arrive ahead of schedule and John was very professional and answered all my questions about maintaining my tankless water heater. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
