Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning

They performed preventative service for my AC/heating unit for the first time. It is a new unit so needed cursory visit but they were on time, professional and friendly.

Mike Lewis was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it there and then. Explained everything clearly so that I could in turn explain it to my husband later. He was also lovely to talk to and didn't mind me watching and asking questions so I could learn more about the system and what had gone wrong. Very respectful of our space, and careful with the cats. We will definitely use Air Specialty again. Thanks, Mike and everyone!

Can’t say more about how impressed I am with my service. Barry was extremely professional, honest, and reasonable. I was seen within a couple hours, he explained to me what the issue was and rectified it. If you have any issues call this business. I had used Norfolk heating and cooling in the past and they had awful service and their prices were outrageous. Recommend air specialty 10/10!

Our tech was Danny. If you want a knowledgeable tech with zero bs and a quick repair, he is your person. Within 15 min he had ran through the system and found the issue. Within 20 he had it fixed. His attention to detail and professionalism is a breath of fresh air when dealing with AC&R companies. 5+ stars for service and awesome employees!

Luke and his partner were very friendly and professional, explained what they were doing though the entire process.
Both were very clean, wearing boot coverings while outside then removing them while inside. They conducted my routine maintenance for my American Standard 2.5T system. Thank you Air Specialty Corp!!

We were renters in a house overseen by Abrams Realty. We requested help with a Air Condition system that stopped working during the most recent heatwave. Even though it was late afternoon the request was acted on quickly and Air Specialty sent a man that evening. He determined that the Thermostat had gone bad and because they had installed it they were fast to find the original was under warranty. It was replaced on the spot and we had cool air to sleep in that night. Thank You Abrams and Air Specialty. Job Well Done.

After being without heat for almost 3 weeks, the company I was dealing with was doing nothing to go the extra mile to help me. I was referred to Air Specialty and they were able to get the part and fix my heat the very next day. The technicians name was Barry and he was the nicest most professional most efficient technician I’ve ever dealt with. This company did go the extra mile for a stranger and as a result, I have switched my service to and I am thrilled beyond words. I also will be referring anyone who has any issues at all to this company and trying to convince people that use the former company that I was with to switch as well.

We have been very pleased through the years with the services provided by Air Specialty Heating & AC. Every component of our heating and AC systems were installed by Air Specialty. Every person we have dealt with, from the schedulers to the technicians on up to the president Justin Matthews have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
Our regular technician Dan Hibbert is the best. He definitely knows his stuff and is a valuable resource to answer whatever questions arise regarding our heating and air conditioning systems. And it's always great to be greeted with his beaming smile.

Mike Lewis is an excellent technician who always does a stellar job. I have been using Air Specialty since 1995 and Mike has been my assigned tech since he started working there. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Danny came out to diagnose our HVAC issues. He was very informative and helpful. He told us we need to replace a part if we can find it and to contact our home warranty people to try to get help to replace it if not. He was very friendly too!
