I was having issues with the breaker tripping in my master bedroom every time I’d use my iron. They quickly sent someone to my home to assess the issue. They arrived on time, and were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They thoroughly explained what was causing the problem, and resolved the issue in no time! So I have not used their service for HVAC, we are renters, but as customer service and honesty! Mr. Benson was in my neighborhood checking on a unit and somehow my son put his phone on his truck bumper while playing with the neighborhood kids. That evening we noticed his phone was in Portsmouth and not Virginia Beach!! We called it and to our surprise they answered! Very kindly they offered to return it to us the next day! My son was not happy because he said to me, "MOM we need to go get it right now!!!! there aren't honest people anymore and how do you know these people are honest!! Your going to allow them to keep my phone?!?!?!" I looked at him and said, "yes I am! this will teach you to take care of your stuff and teach you to trust in others and see there are honest people! If they dont return like they said they would, then its on you for being careless!" The next day they showed up at our house with his phone! If we owned a home here again we would go with Benson HVAC because I want a reliable, honest company in my home! This showed me that not only they were honest, but they took the extra time to come back to Virginia Beach from Portsmouth to make sure my son had his phone! And showed a child that there are honest people in this world! Thank you Mr. Benson! I will be letting others that I know your information! It only takes a little kindness to make a change! they came out a daily diagnostic issue with the burner compressor on my condenser unit and Benson HVAC said it had been hit by lightning, he’s a contractor for a business contractor for choice home warranty which is a rip off and on Mr. Benson told him its been hit by lightning so I had another HVAC company come out here and it had not been hit by lightning. the compressor was burnt up. I was missed lead from benson HVAC he just fell right in with the choice home warranty and so I would not recommend either one

Mr.Bensen was great at repair my boiler system during the cold weather. He was responsive, professional, kind, and quick. I appreciate you taking care of our heating unit.

We had issues with our AC last weekend, thought we figured out the problem, but continued to have issues until it totally cut off on a Saturday morning. Desperately called around hoping by for same day service and these guys came to the rescue. Highly recommend. They were kind, dependable and efficient!

AC went out on a Sunday afternoon, Benson HVAC and Refrigeration was recommended by a friend. They showed up 90 minutes later and the unit fixed in 20 minutes. Loved the response.

AC went out and they got it up and running in about 30 mins. Would recommend free quotes for the business as that interest more people. Overall great job. Thanks
