Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning

Our technician was Mike Lewis and he went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. He was thorough, knowledgeable and clearly explained what was going on.
He came across as someone who enjoys their line of work and genuinely wants to solve the actual cause of what has gone wrong.
We've had ongoing AC issues with a newer system that was installed by the previous owner. The initial HVAC company that came out did not fix the actual problem nor could they find out what was causing the problem. This went on for several months. Had we known of Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning, it would have saved us numerous phone calls, unanswered questions and hours of waiting for unsatisfactory answers.

Expected the service call to be the next day. Surprised and pleased that they were coming out to service the a/c immediately. Technician Danny Castellow was efficient, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and repair the unit in minimal time. He was a pleasure to talk with and it was evident that he was well experienced in his field. I would rate the overall experience as a 5 out of 5 stars. Would recommend Air Specialty to anyone needing service on their air conditioning.

My A/C tech Chandler was punctual, professional & knowledgeable. He preformed a thorough job of my annual maintenance of my units. I would easily recommend Chander to friends & family members.

They are great! Dan especially is outstanding. Very nice and extremely helpful! All the technicians are great, but he is definitely my preferred!

Great technician, thorough and honest during maintenance on unit. I called first thing in the morning and they had me scheduled for the afternoon. I have a maintenance contract now with them and plan do do more business in the future. Again technician was awesome as well as the lady who scheduled me!

We had Luke Jones as our service technician! He was fantastic!. Luke is professional, concerned, responsive, and extremely competent. I always ask for him when our Fall maintenance is to be scheduled.

Luke and Anthony were very thorough, polite and efficient and very charming. Two very nice guys, eminently trustworthy.

Lee came out today (5/23) to service the boiler. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and wrapped everything up in under an hour.
