Just returned from a weeks vacation and entered a cold house with a working heating system. I called and Chander quickly arrived and rapidly had my heating system back in service! Not only was he polite, and professional, he explained what he was did and why to my wife in a understanding manner. Air Specialty has been my HVAC go to team for many years and have exceeded my expectations for fast reliable service.

Chandler was great! I really like that I have the same person every 6 months for my maintenance checkups since I have two units in our house. Chandler is very informative explaining the service he is conducting and answering any questions I have.

The company was able to help me on the day I called to schedule an appointment. Joy was professional and so helpful to me. Dan was able to come early for the appointment which was a blessing as my air conditioner was not working upstairs. He worked quickly to determine the problem, corrected it and we discussed a new system. I would definitely use this company again as they were not "aggressive" in their sales approach and provided me such a great service.

Do not hesitate to contact this company. I have been dealing with this company for almost two decades now and have referred several of my friends and others to them. The company is honest, which is hard to find in many companies these days. I have had two HVAC systems installed and both were done in a completely professional manner in a timely way. Whenever maintenance was needed they responded quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. We were never charged for something that was not required and the costs are reasonable. We needed to replace our old system as it was approaching 16 years and you can no longer get the refrigerant to repair it. This last HVAC, Reyna the technician came to the house, saw what was currently installed and made several suggestions on what should replace the existing unit. We were given different cost ranges and finance options as well as different HVAC units to choose from. Once the decision was made it was a matter of days till our new unit was installed. William and Emory did a magnificent job on the installation taking the needed time to ensure everything was correct and functioning properly. They filled out the paperwork and helped to explain the functions and maintenance of the system. We are now enjoying a much more comfortable house with a much greater in efficiency system. We are awaiting a return visit from Reyna as the company always has a technician check the installation after completion to ensure the customer is satisfied. Thank you Air Specialty.

We were able to get someone to come look at our issue same day and had a great experience. Mike was thorough and professional. He found a few immediate fixes and a larger problem that we plan to fix down the line. Appreciate his patience and knowledge!

We have used Air Specialty for a few years for regular maintenance and they have always been friendly and professional and done good work.
