Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning

I called this morning stating my air conditioner wasn’t working . Lee was at my house 4 hours later :) Lee was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue . Parts have been ordered but the ac was working when he left . Lee also explained the repair so I could easily understand the problem.

First had their maintenance service for a couple of years and was very pleased. So when it came time for a new heat pump system they were my first choice. Didn't wait long and the new system was installed. I upgraded to a more energy efficient system. Everyone I came in contact with has been super helpful. Reyna gave the quote, and Joy and Jamicia have always been so patient with me and my many questions. Great company
! UPDATE: 1/30/23, woke up with no heat. Called 9am and they sent Mike that afternoon. He discovered the issue, fixed it and solved the problem. Mike's the best!!

Mike Lewis was super! 30 minute heads up email with a picture of Mike and a bit of personalized information about him gave us a comfortable feeling. Also received a call from Mike letting us know when he will arrive. His personality and professionalism are a great asset for Air Specialty!! Love this company!! Danny came out to troubleshoot my heating system and provide me a second opinion(free I might add). He was communicative before he arrived and while he was here. He engaged in conversation with me and answered my questions patiently. He provided options and recommendations without being pushy. All in all I was very happy with how the appointment went and hope Air Specialty is able to perform my repairs in the timeframe that they are needed!!

Barry called ahead and then arrives on the agreed time. He quickly found the furnace problem and was able to fix it. We discussed the cost of replacement part or new furnace. He emailed me the quote for new furnace which I said I would consider.

Mike Lewis has been my HVAC Technician for around 7 years. He is always professional, friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He takes time to explain the work he performed, how the system is working, and the why when a part needs replaced. He was instrumental in providing me three system recommendations to research when I needed to replace my failing heat pump. When we met to discuss my choice, he graciously dove into more in depth technical details to answer my questions so I could make the best informed decision. I have had my new Heart Pump for over 4 years and absolutely love it! It is the best system for my home and for me. Kudos to Mike for his recommendations and excellent service!!!

Matt and Rence from Air Specialty Heating & AC installed a heat pump and air handler for me in September. They were on time, courteous, and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. I have been dealing with Air Specialty for about 2 years now, and they have always been very responsive to my issues. Joy, the office scheduler, is a real pleasure to deal with. She is positive, professional, and responsive. It's only been about a week since the installation, but the unit is working great.

I was super nervous when I found out Mike (my usual tech) was promoted and there would be a new guy but I was placed in the right hands! Luke is awesome!! He was efficient in servicing my unit and was extremely pleasant! Thank you guys!

I have used Air Specialty atv2 addresses for over 20 years and would not recommend any other HVAC service. All the technicians especially Dan are knowledgeable, dedicates and professional. This is carried over to their efficient administration staff. Joy and her coworkers are the best.
