My old HVAC system was worn out and needed replacement. I called Air Specialty based on a friend's recommendation. They scheduled a technician to come out and give me an estimate within a few days. The technician showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time. After a thorough inspection, Reyna was able to give me two estimates on the spot for a lower-end and higher-end system. The system took a while to get delivered because of supply chain issues, but I was contacted the day the system came in and scheduled for installation the very next day. The two installers, Tanner and Matthew, arrived ahead of the scheduled time. After a brief discussion and description of the location of all necessary work areas, the gentlemen went to work. I don't recall that they took any breaks and they were able to finish the job in far shorter time than was estimated. About 5 hours to completely replace the heat pump, air handler and thermostat. They swept up and removed the entire old system. The new system is very quiet and I am completely satisfied.

John and Chandler Diagnosed failed 16 year old damper motor. Set the HVAC system to cool on all zones while awaiting arrival of new damper motor. They fully explained the cause of the failure and provided solution options. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Specialty and these specific technicians to family, friends and neighbors.

Dan from Air Specialty was at my house less than two hours after I made the initial service call. Diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the part and my AC fan was fixed the next day.
