Extremely good service. Friendly, informative, and prompt staff. The young folks who came to replace the ducts were very nice, quiet, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get hvac work done. Chandler and crew are great.

I was pleased with the service that Chandler provided. He was friendly, professional and concerned about issues with the heating and cooling of this 100 year old house. He knew how to listen!

BLUF: Courteous, professional, they believe in customer satisfaction and stand behind their work. Unfortunately I had a poor installation.

Initial install in May 2021 was on time, the main office was very accommodating and polite with scheduling.
When first a/c day in June rolled around, a/c didn't work. Outstanding service provided by the technician, Barry Derr, who corrected the improper wiring done at the installation.
January 2023, noticed water accumulating around the unit and when I took the front panel of the unit off, there was significant rust and water in the unit (now 1.5 yrs old). One of the condensation pvc pipes was leaking (connected without compound), again a problem stemming from the installation. Air Specialty had Mike Lewis out there same day, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled a full unit replacement install within 2 days to be covered under warranty. Again, excellent customer service.

Barry showed up on time and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was heading to my property. He was personable and professional and answered every question I had for him. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and explained exactly what work he was completing. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward.

Yesterday we had new heating & AC units install. We are very happy that we went with Air Specialty. From the time we talked to our sales lady Reyna we knew we had a good company. First of all Reyna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make sure we had the right unit for what we needed. She’s went out of her way (even after hours) to talk us through questions and concerns we’ve had. She’s great!!
The installation was great! Two young guys Matt and Tanner from beginning to end were very respectful, professional and polite (a rarity to find these days). We had an electrical issue with one of the disconnects outside so they called the office and the Mgr had an electrician out right away. I’m impressed that they took care of the issue right away instead of saying, we’ll have someone out in a day or two!
The system has been installed, a couple of small items that are being addressed but overall We made the right choice going with you guys!

Impressed from the first phone call. Dan was our technician and very thorough, helpful and personable. Joy who scheduled us was a delight and even moved our time to accommodate an issue I had with medical testing. This company feels like “family” and we look forward to years to come with them.
