I asked neighbors for recommendations for my furnace and AC install. Two recommendations were for McDaniel Service. They gave their estimate quickly and it was a fair price. I agreed on a Monday afternoon and by Thursday I had a new HVAC system. The install was correct, neat, timely, and without fault. McDaniel Service is the finest HVAC company I have dealt with. They definitely have my maintenance service business when the warranty runs out.

I called John Smith the Senior HVAC Tech Saturday and said my furnace was making a strange noise. He said he could be there today or Monday at 9 am. I said Monday would be good. He should up at 9 and within the hour he fixed the problem. I would highly recommend John.

I have a pluming warranty and the pluming plan sent this company to my home. They were on time an informed me that the broken faucet outside and a leak tub faucet was not covered under my plan. The tech gave me an estimate and told me that one will be mailed to me....That never happened.

The tech also said that my parts will need to be ordered and someone from the office will call me when the parts were in. That was on a Friday. The following Tuesday I called the shop to check on my parts and to let them know that I had another issue I wanted to add to my ticket and I was informed that they never started my part order. I spoke to Mr. McDaniel who was super nice and asked them not to forget about me. I had called John at the office and he said that he would send me a written estimate and to date, I have not received it. I really wanted to use them however my high cost repairs went to another company.

I did have a problem with the repair. I sent a message to them thru their website and next day the owner called. He went above and beyond what I expected from him. Just from his call and actions I would use this company again, McDaniel Service, Inc., I would recommend this company.

Our AC went out on a Weds afternoon/evening. We reached out to them Weds night and we had a technician here Thursday morning at 8 am. The repair was completed in 30 minutes and we were back up and cool before the heat of the day kicked in. Very happy with their service and professionalism. They came highly recommended and I understand why.

I have had a service contract with McDaniel for several years and have known the Service Manager for 13/14 years including time before he moved to McDaniel as their Service Manager in the Westlake area. John has always been responsive when I needed his help and his knowledge and professionalism are second to none. I would highly recommend McDaniel Service with John at the helm.

My AC stopped working in the evening and McDaniel answered the phone and scheduled time to come the next day when others didn’t. The service tech arrived early, diagnosed and fixed a bad capacitor, and had the unit working for me again. Honest, quick, and fixed in less than 24 hours at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I received an estimate for shut off valves and supply lines. The technician was very professional and was very knowledgeable especially about our buildings water intricacies.

I emailed Mr. McDaniel over the weekend to ask him for a diagnostic appointment for a leak in a house I had just sold to a Client. I asked for a quick Tuesday appointment. Mr. McDaniel replied within hours to confirm my Tuesday morning appointment with my Client. The technician, Najib Kabiri, was there early! He gave my Client and me the best tutorial on water leaks from a bathroom into the kitchen that I've ever heard! I asked question after question to make sure I wasn't missing anything about the water spot on the ceiling that showed up unexpectedly the prior Saturday.
