John, their Serviceman, was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend them to all our friends and family.

Asked for a quote to install a 1 Ton mini split heat pump system. The quote was $5785. The work does not involve any crawl space or attic work. It is about 12' of refrigerant lines, power pre-installed, drill 3" hole in the wall. I can purchase a 1 Ton DIY MrCool heat pump system for $1500. So based on this quote labor is $4285. I figure worst case it is about 3 hrs. Of work, so labor charge is about $1400/hr. I consult for the Nuclear Power Industry, I can assure you I do not get $1400/hr. I think I will get my HVAC license! This quote is ridiculous.

Got quote of $3125 for Mitsubishi 1 Ton system, installed in about 4 hrs. Paid $3125, quite a difference!!!

They arrived early and were very informative. Not only did they fix the problem, they gave us a thorough explanation for preventing it from happening again and other very worthwhile bits of information.

Terrible Service! I paid for a service contract but it took more than two hours to get a call back after I reported that my AC (only 2 years old) was not working. After they finally called back they told me it would be a $139 service all plus parts. After multiple calls I was told it would just a a $69 service call. There are plenty of other HVAC vendors who provide better service!!!
