McDaniel Service, Inc

I've had a contract for years through American Water Resources. Throughout those years when I had covered plumbing issues, they would send whomever they decided. I wasn't really happy with those company's work or some of their employees.
One day several years ago I had an incident and they sent McDaniels Services. I was extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism.
A week ago I had a stopped up bath tub drain. I called American Water Resources and told them I only wanted McDaniels Services in my house to do the job.
McDaniels Services came on time, did a great job, and cleaned up everything.
This is how ALL service companies should work.

We called last minute at 7:00 am with no heat, John went out of his way to make us his first stop and had the ability to give us a patch repair until a part could be located. Had us fixed in a few days. Was urgent and cared! Thank you for what you do! Great service and you will always be our first call.

While only in our second year since moving to the area, we have been very pleased with the service from McDaniel in that time. They were recommended by the previous owner with good reason. John does an excellent job at service, explaining what and why he is doing and knowing us as customers. Highly recommended. This year, John installed a soft start unit to prevent issues with our generator during our semi-annual maintenance checkup. As always, great, knowledgeable, neighborly service!

McDaniels help manage my primary home and rental properties. They are SO good! They are very competent, schedule directly with tenants and provide detailed invoices. Slightly more expensive than other HVAC and plumbing companies but well worth it! Scheduling is a breeze!

The time spent with McDaniel Service, Inc was a great experience! From making the appointment, to them arriving on time and doing a fantastic job. I had no issues with the work and their team was very transparent on the cost and time to complete the job. They left with the area worked in cleaner than it was prior to starting the work. They replaced two faucets and four shut off valves. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and would highly recommend their services.

John was wonderful to work with. Came in an emergency, diagnosed the problem and put us at ease. Very happy with his service.

Plumber was punctual, efficient and helpful. He provided me with the information to fix a minor problem on my own and quickly fixed the shower.
