What can I say but excellent, 10 out of 10! I used them thru my water company protection plan,after one company came out and said nothing was wrong but my ceiling in my kitchen was still leaking. They came right away fixed the problem, cleaned up after themselves. Awesome service.

McDaniel Service was recommended to me by a close friend who is a building engineer. He highly recommended them. I called on a Sunday. My townhouse, which is a rental, was without heat. They house was 40 degrees. The answering service picked up and I had a service person call me back within minutes. He was friendly and courteous. He gave me options. He stated he could be there within the hour and he was. There were multiple issues that had occurred. He was able to fix them and get the heat back on. I was very happy that, unlike most other companies I have used, they were honest and straight forward. They did not try to upsell me on other services or replace parts that were not needed. I was very happy with my entire experience with McDaniel Service Inc. Based in this experience I would recommend them and use them again.

We have sought their professional service after we sold our previous home. The quality service team that installed our HVAC at our new home continued to an exceptional work. They are knowledgeable, courteous and clean.

Our technician was Daniel, his service was incredible! I loved how transparent he was, keeping me informed about what he was doing and the cost every step of the way. He was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with his confident diagnosis and was impressed by his speed.

Good service but had to reinstall humidifier cover which loudly popped off and hit the hvac unit and closet floor and secure the water board which was not directly in the drain. Technician had replaced the water board. Appears that cover was not properly secured. We were lucky that we were home so the humidifier did not leak water and trigger the water bug alarm.

Congratulations! Since you found McDaniel Service, you are having a GREAT day! They are spectacular! I had called a couple other plumbing companies and they were vague as a dense fog. McDaniel told me how much it would be and when it would be done. Bingo, they delivered! Even though they got my call late in a day, they stayed well into the night until it was done and done just right. This is one Great Company!

Update: McDaniel’s reached out and was able to take care of our concerns. They stand by their satisfaction guarantee. Would consider using them again.

McDaniel's Tech fixed a leak and filled system same day BUT they did so without any pricing discussed. They charged $800 for 7lbs of freon not including labor. Over $1500 for 2 hours of work. I appreciate the same day service but felt overcharged.

Called and asked formquote on common issue. Refused to give quote, but sent tech over the next day ($90) 4 hour window. Tech arrived before the 4 hour window provided and was polite and gave astronomical quote ($1,000) within minutes, and then left. Could've saved us both much time and money if they had given me a ball park quote over the phone.

John did a great job as always doing the installation of new hvac system. Really appreciate the job he has done for me in the last year eventually replacing upstairs and downstairs units.
