I'm ecstatic about the recent service from B&B in attempts to fix my old air conditioner and eventually replacing it. Ernesto, Jose, Kervin, Hans and
Imran were so competent. General Manager, Mr. Mun was outstanding in his oversight and keeping me informed of the process. I thank all the above. B&B has my highest recommendation.

Kervin was wonderful! Our furnace went out and he He was prompt and courteous to come and assess the system. . He gave great recommendations and we wound up replacing our furnace. Thank you kervin and the B&b team for your hard work and our new furnace! Our house is nice and toasty warm now!

This is the second time I have used their services. The first time I had an issue with the AC and the second time was the heater. In both instances they were very responsive, professional and were able to resolve the problem. Kevin Portillo was the technician yesterday. He was very nice and was able to get me a quote on replacing the ac/heater right on the spot! Thank you.

Jose was right on time and was very conscious of observing health protocols. The service was excellent as always.

Update: I had a recent issue and Ernesto did an excellent job fixing our heater, and again I was impressed with the timeliness of the service and respect for health protocols.

B&B Came out today , on a holiday and serviced our air conditioner. The gentleman arrived right on time and was wonderful ! He took care of the problem and explained what was needed and what was not . The total bill was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them in the future ! I definitely will keep their number a hand ! THANKS AGAIN !

Young continues to be a very professional and capable service provider. He is respectful and very knowledgeable. His approach is respectful and never pushy. He has been my technician in the past and I was glad to see he was assigned to my service call today.

B&B has been our Air Conditioning/Heating contractor for over 10 years. Their technicians are always on time, hard working and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. My wife also agrees.

As usual the experience with B&B was very pleasant. Kervin and Jose replaced our furnace and air conditioner and were always courteous, efficient and respectful of us and our property. They replaced the old units that B&B technicians had kept in safe and excellent working condition for 20 years. When they were done they cleaned up everything and even put down new mulch around the air conditioner. Thank you Sok, Chris, Kervin and Jose and several other guys that delivered and carried stuff.

Ivan and Adam were wonderful and did a tremendous job. Highly recommend B and B. I have been a customer for many years.

Kervin and his team fixed the thermostat to my humidifier, answered all my questions, and showed me how to change the filter. The service was prompt and professional. I’ve been a B&B customer for years and have always been happy with the level of service they provide.
