Gu and Adam replaced my HVAC outside unit. B&B was prompt in scheduling the replacement. Gu and Adam were efficient and professional in making repairs to the coolant lines and replacing the outside unit. I have used B&B for more than 30 years. They have replaced 2 inside and 2 outside units for me over that time, and have made the occasional minor repair usually on the same day they are called. I have been pleased with the service and will certainly continue to maintain my contract with them.

B&B did an excellent job replacing two air conditioning units on what turned out to be the hottest day this summer. Their team (Gu, Ivan, Peter and Adam) spent the entire day installing and testing out the units. They were true professionals, did great work, and cleaned up everything -- you would never know they were here!

I had a very positive experience getting a new A/C system installed by Young and Ivan. They are a great team, very knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me. They made sure i was satisfied with their job (and I was!) before they left. I would highly recommend B&B and especially this team of Young and Ivan!!

Our AC went out four days after we moved into the new house. A different company that had been maintaining the unit with the previous owner came out and told us 1) we had a large frion leak, 2) it would be $600 to detect the leak and 3) it would probably be $3,000-$4,000 to replace the coil. They really pushed us to just purchase a brand new unit for around $10,000.

I called B&B for a second opinion. They said they would come out and detect the leak for a significantly lower price than our first quote. Gu and Ivan from B&B arrived and found that our frion levels were normal. They replaced the capacitor and reset the system and had our AC blowing like normal. This was over three weeks ago and we haven't had any issues since. I really appreciate their honesty and saving me from purchasing a new unit that wasn't necessary at this time.

We have been long time customers of B&B Air Conditioning and Heating Service. We have a service contract with them and they have installed and maintained our systems. We recently had an emergency on a weekend. Kervin came out to evaluate the problem. He was very professional and thoroughly evaluated the situation and fixed the problem. I’ve used B&B over twenty plus years and been so pleased with everyone from telephone staff through the technicians and managers.
My system broke down while I was on the West Coast, when I was seeing to my elderly father. I had a very warm ace and at midnight a person came here to fix it.
I had trouble with someone tampering with my system, twice in a three weeks, and the people at B&B came out because I of the service plan (best investment ever). On their recommendation I got a lock for my system.
B&B has put in two systems and I’ve been very happy.

B&B were fantastic to deal with. We had two broken AC units in a very hot week. B&B staff are very professional over the phone, scheduled a quick inspection for us with competitive rates, today Young and Ivan installed our new unit one day after requesting the service. Young & Ivan were diligent, clean, and friendly. Would recommend B&B to friends and family!

Jose M stopped by today for our winter maintenance check and tune up. He called about 30 minutes prior to arriving, which was well within the window we were given when we scheduled. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and performed his work quickly. At no time did he try to push additional services on us. He left his work area spotless. A great job all around by Jose and B&B!
