Woke up on a hot, steamy morning to the smell of something electrical that had burnt out. And no air conditioning. Called our usual repair company, but was unavailable, so tried B&B for the first time. Was very pleased! Provided same-day service. Technician Hans was friendly, professional, and competent. He quickly diagnosed the problem and called back to his office for the necessary part. It was delivered in about an hour and he replaced the malfunctioning component. AND the office proactively contacted the manufacturer to find out if the part was still under warranty which ended up saving us a lot of money. We will use B&B again and recommend them, without reservation, to anyone with A/C or heating problems.

B&B of Fairfax has been our home/air conditioning and heating contractor for nearly a quarter century. B&B always provided outstanding, effective, reasonable price, and great assistance during this entire time.
We recently completed a third system installation in our home. The staff, management, and technician were thoroughly professional, courteous, and business like in their work. It was a pleasure and privilege to work with each of them. This very complicated installation was done superbly.
Prior to this year, our company owned an office building and B&B was our heating and air conditioning contractor at that facility for more than a decade. During the ENTIRE time, we never had a failure that was not remedied in a matter of hours.
B&B company has always been courteous, professional, and responsive to insure that our system were properly repaired and operating and B&B company always set a fine example!

B&B (specifically Hans) was great - they came out and repaired the furnace fan my AC depends on the same day I called and made sure I knew all my options for repair vs replacement.

Very good reliable company, I recommend homeowners purchase the service contract. I needed my very old heater replaced—it was at least 30 years old. B&B came out right away and had a professional staff install the new system, and there is a discount for customers who have a service contract. I had the technician named Ernesto— very professional and hard working. B&B also calls you and let’s you know the technician is on the way so you don’t spend your whole day waiting around.

Today we had B&B coming to our house because our furnace stop working. So We look online to see what Hvac company near our house and we saw B&B and has some great reviews, the staffs on the company were very friendly over the phone and we were able to schedule appointment today and Jose M. technicians that came today to take care of our furnace was able to find what was the problem with the system. He explained what had to be done to the system and also he educated us on what kinda maintenance our furnace need as well. We were very pleased on today service thanks to everyone on B&B

I called B&B after the other service company I have used for years told me they would no longer service my boiler. The relationship with the old company had always been contentious, and I dreaded finding another company. When I called B&B, they offered to come the next day. The technician (Kervin) was professional and checked the boiler to ensure proper operation. He also replaced a broken condensate pump. It was such a relief to have a pleasant experience. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that we weren't getting heat, so I called again. When they arrived later that day, the technician (Young) was able to determine relatively quickly that there was air in the system that needed to be bled off. The company gave me a discount because they felt the air should have been found the first trip. I will be using B&B again.

Our AC cut out during the 90-degree week in Summer 2022. B&B were able to come check it out the very next day, quickly identified the problem and did a temporary fix to keep us cool over the weekend until they could come back the next week to install a new AC unit. Gu in particular was professional, explained things clearly, and was efficient and pleasant throughout. 10/10, will call them for any issues in the future. Thanks to Gu, we’re staying cool. 😎

Kervin, Ivan, and Sam were courteous and efficient when installing my new heat pump. What was initially slated for 2 days of work, they got done in 1. Kervin walked me through the completed work and explained all of the differences in the new unit. I will definitely use them again for future heating and cooling needs.

B&B's service tech was on-time and professional. He checked out the old forced air AC system and the newer heat pump AC system. He replaced a failed thermostat and tested everything out before leaving. He warned me the forced air system is nearing the end of its life span so I can budget for a replacement when the time comes. We talked a little about how he came to be with B&B and about there apprenticeship program. All together a great job.And so you don't think I'm a shill for the company the annual service contract we have with B&B is not cheap but when you call with an emergency problem in heating or AC they are on it right away.
