Today June 9, 2022 I had my annual maintenance on the main A/C. Everything in good working order. I had been having issues with my LG ductless unit in the addition of my home. B&B had checked it out a while back and discovered that the problem was most likely from a faulty sensor on the outdoor unit. It took awhile to get the sensor from LG. It was received and B&B replaced it today and sure enough that’s what the problem was. My ductless system is now working. A very special thank you to Young who has been great. He does excellent work and is professional, pleasant, and very respectful of my home. I am a very happy long term B&B customer and highly recommend.

They been my HVAC company for over 20 years. They replaced the furnace which was required before purchasing my home. I have an annual service contract that has saved me a ton of money. All labor costs are covered under the annual contract. They are honest in their assessments of issues that may occur. They recently replaced my 21 year old furnace which was badly needed. On an unseasonably warm day this week, we noticed that hot air was blowing out of the system when set to cool. I called B&B around 5pm expecting no one to answer, but they did, and then about 10 minutes later Ernesto called to say he had a couple clients ahead of me but could try to make it over that night or first thing in the morning. Fast forward two hours and Ernesto showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem, and we had AC up and running before 9pm.

I would highly recommend B&B for emergency or regularly maintenance needs. They are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Ernesto!

I use B&B for routine maintenance and service on my HVAC unit. I pay a set fee per year, which includes two visits and all labor involved (a huge savings), plus priority appointments and discounted parts. In the most recent maintenance visit, Kervin was on time; provided expert service; and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. And I saved a lot of money simply by being a member. Highly recommend.

Hans and Ivan were awesome and professional! They did great cleaning all ducts and vents. Will use their services for the next time.
Also, Jose was amazing, fixed the hose for the unit, and cleaned the inside and coils of the hvac!

My water heater failed and B&B sent a tech to repair it. It failed again and the tech returned but the thermostat was faulty and we decided to replace the unit. In three days they located a replacement unit, sent their installation manager, Ernesto and his assistant Kim Gu. It was a difficult job but they took out the old unit (a large 75 gallon unit) and replaced it with a new unit in 6.5 hours! They took care to not disturb the house and left my home as they found it. Because I have a service contract with B&B there was no charge for labor and I got a guarantee and 10% discount on the unit! They are a great company.

Jose and Adrian did a great job cleaning the air ducts and vent covers and explained the process beforehand. They were courteous and professional.

My parents have been using their service since 1994. We love the yearly service contract. You get a discount which is a great help. Their staff is always professional and cares about the customer.

Today we had Jose M. He has done great service for us before. He and another man came to put in a new hot water heater. As always they were friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the work to be done. They wore their masks and had covers for their shoes while inside the house. Great job!

We have been customers of B&B for many years and have always been very happy with their service. Technician Young Kim performed our fall 2021 HVAC inspection. As expected, he was very professional and careful in his work. Great job B&B!

Our technician, Young, came out today and swiftly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning system. He explained what needed to be repaired, how much it would cost and what some of the optional repairs were. He completed the work quickly and got us back in cooling mode.

I cannot say enough good things about B&B! I have been a customer since early 2000 and it’s honestly the best money I’ve ever spent on a service contract. Whenever something goes wrong, they are at my house the same day and repairs, parts and labor are done within 1 day.
Yesterday, my motor blower on my AC went out. They came, inspected and repaired it within 24 hours. Young, the technician that did the repair, has been to my house on a couple of occasions. He is so professional and explained the process and answered all of my questions. He was great! Whenever someone has asked me for an Heating and AC recommendation- It’s ALWAYS B&B. They are hands down the best!!!
