I had my HVAC system replaced with a new energy efficient unit. Jose M. and his team did a great job. The fellows first laid drop cloths from the outside door to the furnace room, Jose explained what was done and showed me the work that he and his team did. They were knowledgeable, efficient and did a fantastic job removing the old furnace and AC unit and cleaning up. The cleanup was so good that one would never know that the furnace had been changed out. Thank you for a job well done!

Very professional, great price, quick service. Jose and his team were prompt and cleaned up everything very well afterwards. Jose answered all questions I had at the end and was very patient. I had an air handler/heater and an air conditioner all replaced, so a big job.

The only thing I did not like was replacing a programmable thermostat with one that is not programmable, which was a downgrade. Other than that, perfect service. I would use them again and recommend you do as well.

Called B&B to look at my AC since the compressor stopped working all of a sudden. They came out within 48 hours and Ernesto diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. It happened to be a simple water sensor/switch that sensed a water buildup inside abs shut off the outside unit. There was no water or Freon leakage so it was just a matter of resetting the switch. Happy with quickness of and courteous service.

Young was our technician and he is a top-rate professional. He explains things very well, answers all questions thoroughly and performs his tasks with attention to quality. His written summaries are great and help us document our maintenance.

We have been using B&B for 15 years for maintenance and for our HVAC system replacement. Their annual maintenance contract is competitive and fair. I recommend going with the contract for savings on parts, etc. They are informed, polite, and explain what the problem and solution will be in simple terms. Our most recent technician, Ivan, was exceptionally professional.

Fairfax B and B, installed a new Carrier furnace THE DAY AFTER I called them for a quote (the manager was Sok)!! The crew Ernesto and Hans were professional, took all steps to keep the house areas clean, wore masks, they were polite, kept me informed of the progress and importantly they did a great job. I'm not sure I can say I've had better service than that. It's still hard to believe it was that quick to get the furnace installed. Thanks very much for making it a pleasant experience.

I needed help with a particular set up. Kervin helped me set up a duct system for my specific home project. He was very insightful and informative on what was going to need to be done. Minimal changes and very efficient to getting air circulating to where I needed it. 10/10 would do services again.

We are long time maintenance contract customers (29 years) of B&B. We needed a new water heater installed to replace the 17 year old water heater. We contacted B&B and they set the appointment for the work two days after our call. They quoted a good price. B&B sent Gu to do the work and he arrived at the scheduled time, looked over the jobsite, and got to work. He did great work in removing the old water heater and installing the new unit. Gu kept us informed of his progress, and finished the work in 5 hours. We are extremely pleased with the quality of Gu's work.
