B&B air was extremely responsive to my emergency call. Hans got back to me immediately, was here in under an hour, and was able to fix our heating problem in less than half an hour. Time matters when the house is already below 50 degrees, especially with a little kid.

One heating unit stopped working and a call for service was made at 8:45am. The technician arrived within an hour and gave the cost and availability of replacing a part on a 20 year old system. The part was not immediately available and the cost was too expensive for an old system. We made the decision to replace the unit and within an hour the new equipment was delivered. The technicians were Gu and Ivan who installed the new unit. All work was completed by 5 pm! I would highly recommend B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service Co., Inc.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioner. Being a longstanding customer, I called B&B for service. The technicians were prompt and troubleshooted my problem quickly and efficiently. I have always found B&B to be very professional, courteous and responsive to my needs. I have recommended B&B to friends, family and neighbors and they, in turn, have had nothing but positive experiences with them. In the long run, I am very happy and appreciative with my service and would recommend them in the future.

After calling numerous companies to help us with our heating problems just as a snowstorm was about to come, B&B was able to get the job done. Ernesto was friendly and knowledgeable. Had a visit from your technician Jose on Dec 14, 2021. He was excellent, as usual. He knew his business, was very polite and attentive, and did his work thoroughly and completely. He was very efficient and got all of the checks and maintenance done and replaced an igniter, all in under 45 minutes. He is a true asset to your business. Thank you very much

Mr. Young provided professional, knowledgeable, patient service to repair our gas-fired boiler circulation system. We have had a service contract with B&B for many years and are very satisfied.

AC broke the previous night, called at 9 am and was told someone would make it out by the afternoon. Technician Jose M. was able to come mid morning (several hours sooner) and provided a quick diagnosis. He had our AC up and running within an hour in the 95 degree heat. No overcharging or pressured sales pitches, just honest and reliable service. I will be recommending them for any HVAC needs and am extremely happy with the service they provided.

Jose and Ivan spent the day installing a new heating system just one day after our system gave out. These two gentlemen were professional and highly competent. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Great service by Kervin P. Came on time and completed my annual condo HVAC inspection promptly. He was polite and professional. B&B offers the annual inspection for a great price. Will start to use B&B annually!
