B&B Air Conditioning & Heating

I had a great experience as a first-time customer of B&B. My central air stopped working on Sunday, I called B&B Sunday evening, and they were at my home before lunch on Monday morning. Ernesto was great. He had the issue diagnosed quickly, had the replacement parts needed on the truck, and had the whole system working again before I expected. My system is nearing the end of life so I will absolutely be calling B&B again in the future.

Hans and Peter came to my place for one of my bi-yearly HVAC servicing visits to replace some parts and clean up the system. They were both extremely professional and very friendly. They did a great job explaining everything to me and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the company and these technicians especially. I’ve had a service contract for several years now and have always enjoyed excellent service; especially this visit.

To the problem in my air conditioner, the technician whose name is Young solved it quickly. With his detailed explanation and professional service, my machine is now working well again.
Since he also gave me an advice on how to maintain it, I become to know what things are needed in order to keep the machine in the best condition.
Young is a super great guy and definitely a treasure of B&B.

I’ve had a contract with B&B for 18 years, and they are fantastic: responsive, professional, and dependable. Today—on a Saturday in the middle of a HOT summer—I had a failure on the blower unit of my air handler. Once I called, Young, the B&B tech showed up quickly and replaced the motor quickly. I expected as much, because the ten or so calls I’ve made through the years have all been answered with that same efficiency. B&B’s techs are always courteous and capable. I recommend B&B!

B&B has taken care of my heating and a/c for over 30 years. They are outstanding. Always extremely professional and responsive. Their techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. Our last experience was with Young Kim. He was terrific.

Young Kim and Adam Terrazas did our A/C check-up and winter heating inspections. They were thorough, careful, and efficient in doing the assessments and in providing comments. They were very competent. B&B has an amazing team!

I have used B&B for maintenance of my heating and air conditioning services. I have been satisfied with their service. They even remind me if I forget to schedule service. I am especially pleased with Kim Young. Mr Young who has been my techician for the past several years. He is on time, courteous and pleasant and competent!

We have used B&B for more than 20 years. They replaced our HVAC in 2009. And we have an HVAC service agreement with them. Their service agreement is worth every penny. Young Kim came to do the 2021 Spring Service. Young Kim has done season's service before, so we know him quite well. Young Kim is one of their best Technicians at B&B: he is very professional, knowledgeable, polite and he always answers all our questions in detail. We strongly recommend B&B and their service agreement.

Mr. Young did a superb job diagnosing our lack of A/C and correcting the problem. He also discussed what he did and why it was a “quick fix “ because of our broken wires. He advised us to get someone out to install new thermostat wire for a permanent fix. I will probably do it myself but it was good to hear the permanent solution. Great work—our home is cool again!
