They came out the same day I called and even arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional and repaired my A/C unit quickly. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service! They take the time to understand the problem from your perspective ( without making you feel dumb) and come up with solutions on how to solve it. They also take extra time to explain specifically what went wrong, why it went wrong, and how to prevent it from happening again. During the hottest week of the summer, our AC system needed maintenance. We reached out to Chesapeake Heating & Air Conditioning and Brian sent out his technician Daniel first thing the next morning. Daniel was outstanding and took the time to explain all of the maintenance he was performing and why. He quickly identified the problem and had both units back up and running optimally in no time. Daniel also noted my attic exhaust fan was inoperable during the maintenance check, and gave me some tips on how to take care of it. I highly recommend this team for all your AC needs.
