Really appreciated the honesty, the willingness to have a conversation without giving the perception that I was annoying the mess out of them. Both times the reps were polite , respectful and knowledgeable.

We found this company and used it last year when our ac unit won’t work. Brian came and explained everything and showed us exactly what was wrong. He was very friendly and genuinely nice. I called them again to fix our other ac unit that recently stopped working and requested Brian come out to work on it. He called me and told me when he would be coming over. He came and again was very kind. He knew exactly what was wrong got the part and replaced it immediately. A great company that has great customer service! Totally recommend Brian as your technician!

Fast response and the service tech, Daniel was excellent. He showed me everything he did and explained so I could understand. Their rates are very competitive, and I was offered several options to replace my broken AC. Once I made a decision to purchase a new system, Mary was able to schedule my install at a time that worked for me. Looking forward to getting my new system up and running. We were out of AC for over a couple weeks waiting on our insurance company to reply and schedule a repair. The requirements needed and the swiftness in replies by Chesapeake Heating and Air was beyond the normal 9a-5p company. Mary, Dan, and Dillon were all very knowledgeable, efficient and professional when it came to repairing our unit. Our tech was professional, on time, and respectful. Fixed our furnace issue and did maintenance on both our units. They were able to come out within 24 hours of me calling. Will use again!

I am a former resident of Chesapeake but now just maintain a rental property there. I system stopped working on an 85° day, of course. I made a call and Mary immediately responded and was able to schedule me for a same day service. They contacted my renters and set up the appointment. Brian was the technician and showed up right on time. He called me with the report, completed the repairs and suggested a service plan. This plan was very reasonable and will give me peace of mind in keeping my renters (who are elderly) comfortable. Great job to this team and I highly recommend this company after my experience. DW
