I have struggled with heating and cooling issues the entire time I've owned my home. Had to replace the entire system years ago and even then it was inefficient.

I called After Hours a few days ago when my AC would not cool. They fixed it. Then when the temperatures dropped a few days later the heat wouldn't work. They came right back within a few hours and fixed what has been hindering my system for years. Brian, the technician, was relentless. He was thorough and was not satisfied just fixing the symptoms. He dove right in and checked everything and fixed what needed to be fixed. All of this for hundreds less than One Hour was trying to charge me (and that was for far less services from them).

Bottom line is that I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad. I was so satisfied with the service, the technician and everything else down to their phone operator. It's hard to find a business like this now a days. They literally but their customers before anything else and it shows. Give them your business. You wont regret it!

After 24 years, it was time for a new HVAC system. Brian came over the same day I called and after inspecting our current HVAC situation, explained the choices we had. His thoroughness and professionalism were just what we needed during a stressful time. He is an easy-going, honest person. He made us feel very at ease with our choices. After making our decision, Mary kept us on the loop as the install approached. The installers were awesome as they prepared, installed, and cleaned up the area afterwards. They were constantly working and in communication with each other. Afterwards, Mary filled out the warranty information and emailed us the paperwork.

I highly recommend After Hours Heating & Cooling--10 stars! I will be using them from now on for any maintenance needs and will encourage my neighbors and friends to do the same!

An excellent company. I went thru 4 companies who tried to get me to get a new system, or came after 9pm at odd times but didn't complete the work. Then Brian and this company came at decent hours and fixed it. Decent pricing and great service him and his guys. Miss Connie the scheduler is very sweet as well. You will be pleased they are a blessed company.

Called at 7:15 pm and our a/c was fixed and the tech was out the door by 8:30pm! Awesome service with the receptionist and the technician. Our tech Brian was very nice and personable. He even took some time to educate us about our system. Price was great also. We will be using & recommending After Hours from now on!

Brian just left our home to service our A/C unit that was freezing up and not blowing cold air, and the service was superb! We called around 5pm today and spoke with Connie (she was so pleasant) and given an after hours time of 9pm. He arrived EARLY which was excellent. Great phone contact to give updates on time and location. He instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. He didn't try to fix something we didn't want or need. They put the customer 1st, and the price was affordable. We now have a new company that we can trust!

Towards the end of an exhaustive search to find a reputable, honest, and experienced HVAC company to replace our upstairs unit, a friend recommended Brian and his AfterHour team. Brian gave us a straight forward and honest estimate without any salesman hoopla. We chose a Rudd unit and are very satisfied with its performance! From the removal and installation team to the office managers, quality work and customer service were at the highest level. We will definitely be using After Hours for all of our future HVAC needs.

Their customer service is outstanding! The receptionist and the technician were extremely nice and caring. This is the first time I used them but will definitely be using them from now on. It isn’t just because of the wonderful service and caring attitude ( Which I appreciated greatly) that sold me. It is also the fact they are honest!
When I called, I explained that I was almost 100% sure I needed a new thermostat. However, when the technician came out and inspected it he let me know that thermostat just needed to be tightened up. That in itself speaks volume. He could have replaced it just to make the money and took advantage of me not knowing. Instead he was honest! I only needed Freon. Now it is working perfectly, Nice, and cool.
