Daniel was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing so I’d understand. Very personable and listened to my concerns with my unit and fixed the issue within minutes of his arrival. Mary was very quick to respond and get me scheduled for a next day appointment. I will be utilizing Chesapeake Heating & Air for all my HVAC needs going forward!

Company was quick responding to our reaching out. System was basically inoperable when we called. We knew we were needing a new one soon. They gave us quick service and installation on a weekend. Super helpful the entire process. Other then a great new system, you couldn’t even tell they were there. Highly recommend if you are wanting quick, professional, and local service.

I am again impressed with the service and response. Daniel did an amazing job and was very understanding of our remodeling happening at the same time. It is nice to say customer service is still so good 5 years later! (And our AC is running like a champ)

Mary was great to deal with and answered all my questions. Unlike the cable company these folks were on time, very professional and knocked the job out! Lead installer even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was functioning properly. I will be getting the “Air Scrubber” and maintenance done per schedule. Highly recommend

I first discovered this company when I was far away on vacation and had to repair my evaporator coil back home that sprung a leak suddenly. Our House-Sitter let us know something wasn’t right with our AC. After Hours Heating and Cooling fixed it quickly and did a great job! I didn’t even need to leave my vacation early since they did such an outstanding job. I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my vacation with my family. Very pleased then...and now I wanted a new system and they installed it. So very happy with this too!!! Brian and team do such a great job and are very affordable. He also takes care of the maintenance and anything we may need. They respond quickly and are honest and trustworthy. I recommend them to everyone !

I would recommend this company. My AC unit went out and Mary set up a appointment on a Saturday and the guys were able to squeeze me in that following Tuesday. Very professional and the job was done very quickly.. Thank you for your business .. Now I’m back in Antarctica😃😃

Top notch service from estimate to install. Brian was extremely professional and knowledgable helping us troubleshoot the most economical and efficient way to cool our oddly shaped upstairs (Tudor home). We were so happy with the service we had them come back to add a split unit in our FROG. Mary was very helpful and expedient with communicating estimates and scheduling install dates for both units. Install crew was professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend!

While at work, I received a call from my roommate saying my A/C is not working. I quickly Googled HVAC companies and this was one of the first ones to pop up. It was 10:03am when I called Chesapeake Heating & Air. Mary, who took my call, said she could have a technician at my house between 10 and 2 the same day. I immediately rushed home, as it was supposed to be 96° later that day, and the technician, Brian, showed up a few minutes before 11. He was able to find the issue (bad capacitor) within a few minutes, and had my A/C working perfectly, all in under 10 minutes. I got lucky that it was a small issue, but I'm so impressed at how fast they were able to dispatch a technician, how fast the technician got to my house, and how fast the issue was found and fixed. Both Brian and Mary were very friendly and professional. I later that same day set up an appointment for a couple of weeks later for a general maintenance on my unit to ensure it works well for the rest of the summer. Overall, very pleased with this company.
