I am so happy with this company. Byron is ver efficient at his job. He has done every kind of repair for us. We own some rentals and they are always very accommodating with our Tenants. Byron is friendly, honest and hard working. 5 stars for BLR

Byron and Jake installed a new furnace in my home and also maintain our commercial building. I received 5+ bids and Byron was the clear winner. In our commercial building, he trouble shot a problem and came on a Saturday to take care of us. He's dependable and hard working - just the type of person I like to support.

I found Byron to be knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He did everything he could to keep us comfortable until our new system could be installed. I would recommend giving them a chance to take care of your heating and air needs.

B.L.R is fantastic! They helped me with my A/C this summer when another local company told me I needed a new A/C. Just a new filter.
This time my furnace was going off and on so I knew who to call. Byron knew exactly what it was, fixed it, cleaned it and gave me a great rate because he was running a special! I would give him 10 Stars! I will never use anyone else!

B.L.R. Did excellent work. We had an issue with the furnace which concerned us. Byron came out that same afternoon to check it, and then returned promptly and installed a new fan motor after discovering the old motor was a potential fire hazard. He did a great job, and the price for the work was very reasonable. We would recommend B.L.R. Without hesitation.

I LOVE BLR! They are prompt and extremely honest and professional. They were able to work on our Mitsubishi units without any problems (I have found it difficult to find people who know these machines).
We will continue to use them for years to come.

BLR just came to my business and did an install for us!! They are wonderful and I highly recommend them. Communication was awesome, They were on time, very friendly, reasonably priced and when they finished they cleaned up properly! If you need any a/c or heating work done call BLR!!

These guys were awesome! They were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond all expectations. They even fixed my door next to the heater that was falling off the hinges without being asked! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
