B.L.R. heating and air is the friendliest HVAC company I've ever worked with. Not only were they friendly, but they genuinely care about the needs of their clients.
I was curious about the process and asked a lot of questions. Not only did he answer all my questions but made me feel like a part of the conversation. The whole time he didn't miss a beat and kept on working flawlessly.
I can't express enough of my appreciation in words on how great I think these people are and how thankful I am.

They are very quick on responding and sending mechanic out.

BLR has installed my new AC and a couple years later they are now doing my furnace. Byron's prices are competitive and he and his team know what they're doing.

I called Byron at 9:45 on a Sunday morning with my a/c not working. He answered the phone right away and said he would be here in 15 minutes. As promised, he was right on time, diagnosed my problem, and had it fixed, all within about 20 minutes. He was kind, professional and explained things to me. This will be my HVAC company from now on.

Great experience. They arrived an hour early and were very knowledgeable! They took out my old furnace and duct work and installed all new ductwork, a furnace and thermostat and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

We had an issue with a previous contractor and B.L.R. came to the rescue. They helped us understand the issues and are working with us to correct them.

My family of six has been without a stove for over 8 months... cooking on a one-burner camp stove. B.L.R. bent over backwards to get the gas line installed, regulators upgraded, and system inspected as quickly as possible. When they were on the jobsite, they got right to work... wasting no time. Their work was top notch and their service was extremely professional. We got our stove installed and now are cooking again! We will defiantly use B.L.R. for the remaining and future work!
So I repeat... highly recommended!!!

I called numerous companies and have had unpleasant dealings with other "reputable" businesses in the area. BUT this company is wonderful. They have great customer service, answered all my questions, quoted me a very fair price and were prompt to get me the system I needed. What I love most about them is that they aren't some huge company that doesn't care about their customers. These are genuine. local, hardworking people and I would not recommend any other HVAC company than B.L.R Heating & Air for your local HVAC needs.

They have serviced my units 3 times now. They are very prompt and professorial; great with scheduling in a timely manner; organized and clean up completly after my heater finally had to be changed out! I would fully and highly recommennd this team for all aspects of heating and air!👍
(In fact, I am happily having them return in the spring to replace my dysfunctional and broken AC!😁)
