I live in a condo community and other people have used some companies that advertise all the time and my neighbors are still complaining about how bad the service was and how it took so long to do the job! This company is owner operated and it will exceed your expectations. Honest and dependable.

We had BLR move our furnace, ducts and water heater back 18" using up wasted space. Before it was nearly impossibly to get a washer and dryer moved into the laundry room. Now was have so much space. Best first home improvement decision we made. Pricing was great and we like supporting a family business.

When I called to schedule an appointment Annie was flexible and really worked with our schedules. Byron came out and gave us a quote and was able to save our system!! We are truly thankful that he didn’t just tell us to get a new system and took the time to figure out how to fix it, we know it’s on it’s last leg it’s over 20 years old. Great honest company.

We just had our full system replaced and it has been an incredible experience. We were out of town and were able to able to trust BLR to install are new system while we were out of town. BLR Heating installed a furnace humidifier and thermostat. The work was timel, fairly priced and the equipment is of good quality. Annie kept us posted during the whole process. They are great people to work with. We definitely will call them again for our heating and cooling needs.

B.L.R. Heating & Air was recommended to me by the Manager down at Diamond Rental. He was fixing my commercial HVAC when my wife told my my home's A/C went out. I asked Byron if he could swing by, which he did same day. He got my A/C replaced around 7pm to ensure I'd have a nice weekend and then we replaced the whole unit.

I appreciated their skillset for both residential and commercial, I checked his pricing with a friend down in St. George, and everything lined up. I appreciate someone who is upfront and honest, does the job for the price quoted, took time to point out what he was doing and why, etc.

BLR installed a new Hot Water Heater for me PLUS they replaced the INDUCER MOTOR on my Goodman Furnace.
