Steven the tech came exactly in time. The company communicated via text which I really appreciated. He was very professional. Very nice. Straight forward without trying to upsell me on anything. I’m actually going to have what needs to be done. He was able to show me specifically what needed the service and why. And they will get me up to code on all my old ductwork. I’m very happy!

Look up the definition of quality, reliability and of course, professionalism professionalism and it should say BLR heating and air. I’ll jokes aside, are replaced my 60 year old homes heating and air conditioning units in the same day. The price was fair if not slightly cheaper than other competitors, they were prompt and arrived exactly when they said they would, and the only thing they left behind was Beautiful new heating and air-conditioning units as well as thermostat. To say I’m a happy customer and one that will be with them for life would be an understatement. Byron was honest, pleasant and hard-working and I would recommend him and his company BLR to absolutely everyone who needs heating or air conditioning !

I am writing this for my 75 year old friend. Her furnace went out 2 weeks ago, right when it got really cold. These guys are the best. They came out with in a few days had a new furnace put in in one day.

A great small time business. Just had BLR install a whole new HVAC system in my home. The owner and wife could have not been any friendlier. I was informed that the were arriving a bit early(normally companies in this field are late) and they finished in less time than what I was originally told. Definitely reasonably priced and honest. Bryon will be coming back and help me install a new thermostat when I get one...which is definitely a great gesture. I have their number saved in my phone as I will be using them going forward. 100% would recommend this company to anyone.

Byron did a great job for me. We needed 8 supply grills in 8 offices in one week. He ordered them, arrived at 7am, installed them and cleaned up before 11am. He was quick, tidy, and his pricing was fair. They were great and I will use them again.
