Showed up a little early for the appointment. That’s better than being late. Troy and Griffin were courteous , professional, and quick with the service of our heating and cooling units. Thank you so much Barlow Service Experts!

Jacey and Troy were super awesome! When our heater stopped blowing hot air, we were able to call and get and have them come over the very next day. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also fugue out why the issue was happening and fixed that as well.

We had SERVICE EXPERTS come and do an annual maintenance for our heating and AC. I feel like they were honest and updated us as to how the systems were doing. They didn’t try and get us to buy new just because our systems are older. They just informed us that they may last a month or a couple more years. There is no way to tell for sure. There were NO scare tactics, which I really appreciate.

We purchased a furnace and A/C package 3 years ago using the advantage program. We have had nothing but great service. All of the techs have been amazing, kind and efficient. Today we had Nick and we loved him.

Nick came on time and explained the work he was going to perform and the cost of the filter I agreed to have replaced. Before he left he reviewed the status of my equipment. I am completely satisfied with Barlow Service Experts and all their staff!

Brycen was great, he was super courteous, respectful, attentive and very thorough. He went through all of my utilities and gave me a report of all of his findings. I've been using Service Experts / Barlows for years, I highly recommend these guys for your bi yearly services.

Nick did an amazing job at quickly and efficiently fixing our AC unit. I’m so glad that we called and became members!

Nick did a great job tuning up my AC system. I appreciate the detail he went into going over the status of various components. Definitely feel prepared for the summer heat.

I love working with Barlows. I have them come out at least twice a year to check and maintain my HVAC. Today Troy and Nick were here. They checked everything out, told me what to watch or listen for in my systems, and reported on all systems. I also asked about when I might need to replace my HVAC and got wonderful information that I've never known or heard of before. I feel more informed and prepared to make the right decision when the time comes. Thanks guys!

June and Jacey came over to do a tuneup on my
Thermostat and a quote to get it replaced. The we’re both really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends
