Huge shout out to Griffin with Barlow Service Experts, he showed up promptly at the time he was scheduled to Service our Furnace & A/C System, did a thorough job and provided me with courteous and professional service. Thanks Griffin!!!

Nick was an amazing tech, he was efficient and explained what he was doing so that we could understand it and he got right to the issue and resolved it quickly. We would strongly recommend nick to anyone who is having trouble with their furnace. If we have another issue we hope that we get Nick as our tech.

Griffen And Troy were amazing they were thorough and clean and very informative about our system and helped us to make a good decision about replacing our hot water heater.

Ralph came promptly on a very snowy day and diagnosed our furnace issue. He recommended replacing the 20-year-old furnace but was very willing to make repairs. He picked up the parts early the next day in Salt Lake and had the furnace fixed before 11 a.m. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise. He did not try to 'up sale' us at all. We have had excellent service from Barlow Service Experts.

Griffin and Troy were just here to service our furnace—both were extremely polite and professional! Took the time to explain everything and gave helpful suggestions to ensure the long life of our furnace. A pleasure to work with.

Ralph was awesome! He was quick to respond when I called, came in and got the job done! He even saved me some money by introducing me to the membership. He was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and I was happy with my experience! I will request him next time I need something for heating or air.

They always fit me into the schedule very quickly. They’re always very knowledgeable and are able to repair any problem the day of. Nick was my tech today and he was prompt, and fixed my issue very quickly.
