Worst company ever. They came out to give me an estimate on ductwork repair. Technician Ryan said I needed all new ductwork and said he'd email me an estimate. Never heard back! Left messages and emails with NO response. Went with a different company who said it only needed a simple repair and got it fixed the next day.
Their driver drove, at times reaching 10 mph below the speed limit, for 8 miles with a huge line of cars behind them. They passed multiple very good places with above sufficient space to pull over and let people pass. Very unprofessional and discourteous behavior from these people.
While the office staff is nice, The actual work is by far the worst from any hvac company I have ever worked with. I had two townhomes built with edge homes and both used sky lake, both had gas leaks on the furnace, both had ventilation issues and ac issues. Techs don’t show up on time, one of the townhomes had zero air flow in the upstairs and it took them over a month in the summer to solve it.
This was the best HVAC experience we have ever had. Dan was as on time, courteous, explained everything before beginning work. Our furnace stopped working right as the temp began to drop for the season. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took detailed photos and completed the repairs without leaving a mess. He also took time to educate about the importance of maintenance. We will be using them again if we need to.
I am very impressed with Lucy. She always has a positive attitude and is willing to help. It does not matter what time or day it is. Great customer service!

Filled the coolant each time and by the last time he said “ it must be leaking, I thought it was really weird that it was low every time.” The last time he unplugged the breaker safety switchout side of the home and never plugged it back in, he left the switch sitting on top of the box.Tried to call after hours my no response. Horrible service.
Great service. Our technician Dan was the most genuine, honest, and humble person I've met. Cannot say enough good things about him. He came to our home for warranty work and tested the system multiple times until he was able to replicate and diagnose the issue. (Emphasis on multiple times). Dan did not give up until he was able to find the issue we were describing, and walked us through exactly what needed to be done to solve it. We had a great experience, and plan to exclusively use Skylake Heating & Air (as long as Dan works there) for our future HVAC issues.
Skylake Heating and Air are awesome! I called to have my tankless water heater flushed and routine maintenance on the HVAC system completed. They were able to come out the very next day to take care of everything. Very professional and friendly. Great to work with.
Our AC stopped running completely a week or 2 into May. Their technician Dan was incredibly kind and helpful. Was really patient with questions we had about the AC while he ran diagnostics and repaired our system. He got things running again and improved the airflow/pressure beyond what it was before we had repair needs and they honored the warranty with no issue.
Had an amazing experience with the Skylake team! They promptly followed up with me and gave me a window of time for the tech and updated me when the tech was delayed. The tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and was super helpful in giving ideas and ensuring the maximum lifespan of our HVAC system! Highly recommend!
