    Wright's Air Systems answered our distress call when our A/C stopped working. The technician determined the problem quickly, returned on time with the new parts, was pleasant and professional, and never pressured us to buy an expensive A/C unit or to replace our furnace which still works fine. The whole experience was smooth. I recommend Wright's Air Systems to everyone!

    Since I bought my home 8 years ago I have used Wright's Air Systems and was happy. That was until a couple months ago. I heard a buzzing sound from my furnace that and was worried about it and called Wright's. I was happy with how quickly a tech came to my home and told him what the sound was. Within 90 seconds the tech said the sound was a blown furnace motor. He quoted me $480 to fix it and I figured I had better get it done. He came back a few days later and did the motor fix and as soon as he left I was hearing the same sound again from the furnace. I do not go downstairs very often so I was confused by the sound. I called Wright's and the lady on the phone said she was sending the owners son to check on the noise. When he got there, he told me that was a normal noise that was made by the furnace and nothing to worry about. I asked why I spent $480 to fix a normal noise and he said he would check into it. That was a month ago and no call back from the company. I left two emails after that and again no reply from Wright's. In the last week I have called twice and asked for the owner to call me and of course no call back. I would still love to know why I spent $480 on a noise that is nothing to worry about. I will never use this company again because they will not return email's or calls. I am advising everyone looking for good service to go to another company. It seems that Wright's has the take your money and not call you back attitude.

    I just wanted to say how much we appreciated having Jacob come over and repair our furnace and water heater. He came out initially for a furnace that would not heat and found a gas leak in our water heater. Jacob was able to fix both. We are so grateful for his help. And he was able to fix both for a great value. I would recommend Wrights' Air Systems to both family and friends. We will use them again.

    These guys are great! My AC and furnace fan stopped working...right before a heat wave. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to swing by my place within 24 hours. The technician was friendly and willing to show me exactly what needed to be fixed. The prices for the part and the labor were fair with no upselling. I'm back up and running and might even need to dial back the AC a little...it's cold! Highly recommend!

    With the heatwave that's hit Utah over the last month I am sure these guys have been extremely busy. I completely expected that when I called it would be a few days before they could come out and look at our unit at our business. I called and set an appointment with them to come service our units that were having some issues and the day come and went and no one showed up. Apparently an appointment isn't an appointment unless you answer the call of the service tech right before he is scheduled to come to your place to do work. Be sure that you clear your morning on the day of your appointment and wait by your phone to answer any unknown number that comes through so that you can make sure your appointment is really an appointment. While your answering all those unknown numbers be sure to take care of your expiring used car warranty and talk to an agent about your social security number that has been compromised. Disappointed that an appointment is no longer an appointment and now we are back at square one waiting for a new company to come service our AC.

    I am so disappointed in this company. We had them service our furnace and that appointment went well. At the time, we were made aware of an every 6 months maintenance program for our systems which we chose to participate in. I was disappointed when they did not call us to schedule the fall 2020 appointment, but we were new to the program and COVID was challenging, so we let it go. After not being called about the spring appointment, I called and booked it for June 1st. On that day, the window of time I was given for the tech to come by had come and gone, so once again, I called them. They let me know someone was out sick and they were running behind. Shortly after that call, I received a call from Jake saying that he was not coming at all and he rescheduled us for June 7th at 8:30 a.m. Yesterday's window of time came and went and again, no Jake. I called the office to let them know that he did not keep the appointment time, again, and the customer service rep tried calling him without success. I waited another 90 minutes and called the customer service rep back and learned that she still hadn't heard from him. At that time, I said that we would be finding another company to provide this service to which her response was, "Awesome. Sounds good, thanks." I was shocked! I had no idea what to say to her other than, goodbye and hung up the phone. Horrible service and communication.

    Jake was honest about the issues with my furnace and a/c. Our circuit board went out and he at least got the A/C running so we can be comfortable in the heat. I was quoted a much higher price by a different contractor. Wright's Air Systems really came through and I know they have my best interest at heart. I am glad they are a contractor I can trust.
