Spring Creek was originally recommended by our realtor, and they’ve been fantastic. Whoever installed the HVAC unit seems to have cut corners and the unit isn’t even level.

Brent and family crew in general have always taken care of us and helped get our furnace/AC back as soon as they can get us on the schedule. Benjamin has been out several times and been very helpful.

The comfort club plan has been great, and we’re glad to know we have a reliable, trustworthy contractor that looks out for our needs. We also had them add a nice filter system to clean up the rough Utah air.

I also had a good time chatting with Brent seeing how the indoor shooting range system they setup works.

Went to around looking for HVAC upgrades due to having a 17 year old system. After looking through quotes, I went with Brent and his company, could not be more happy. Brent was super kind and showed me the pros and cons of my furnace and his plans on making it better. When it came to pricing, his prices are fair and willing to compete with pricing of other companies. Compared to other salesmen, he never bad talk other companies and give honest opinions that I felt good choosing him. At install his team did an amazing job. Professional and hard working. Already feel a difference in my house with my new furnace. Highly recommend, would use again!

Great service. Worked hard to figure out my systems problem. I was impressed that the technician did not perform unneeded procedures instead opting to see if maintenance efforts solved the problem. Saves me lots of money.

They have been responsive, right on time, and very friendly. They’ve done my business dryer vent 2 times now, and it takes less than 10 minutes. We get charged almost $260 dollars. It’s a little overpriced for the service given. I would’ve appreciated the price transparency before the service was stated!

We had a ducts cleaned and a new filter installed. They arrived on time and took time to explain process. Brent lives in the neighborhood and has serviced our home since it was built, which is a plus :) Very knowledgeable and fair pricing. Will only use Spring Creek Mechanical in the future.

Called with an A/C problem, Benjamin was here the following day at noon, fixed the problem within an hr and my house is cool again.

This company was extremely responsive to my need of help! My furnace was only cooling down my house and with how cold it was outside I was definitely worried. Luckily the Furnace Whisperer Benjamin did an amazing job for me today! He was very informative and knowledgeable with everything to do with my furnace repair. Even helped me know more about a water heater issue I have been having and the best ways to take care of it. Definitely will be using their services again soon!

Quick to respond to phone calls, kind and patient with my family being home. The technician was late but did explain why when he came.
