June and Nick came out to do the yearly preventative maintenance on our HVAC system and water heater. Very thorough. Very nice. They let us know what was a concern and what was not.

Nic and Nick have been helping my family for a couple years maintaining our A/C and Furnace. They always do a great job, are super friendly, and communicate well! Definitely would recommend!

We had an inspection done by Brycen and he was extremely polite and helpful, after completing the inspection of our system he let me know the recommendations for how we could improve our system without being pushy. In the past I have had people from other companies come take a look and it felt like a sales visit rather than an inspection, I didn't get that feeling at all with Brycen. If I decide to get any work done then Barlow will be who I go through.

Griff and Nick came out for a tune up today. Griff was a great technician and was easy and great to work with. They both were very kind with my kids when they woke up too which I really appreciate! I’d definitely choose them again

Griffin and Troy were just here as part of the maintenance plan check up and they went the extra mile! Checked the AC, water heater and furnace and answered all the questions I had (and I had a lot). Awesome service. I was even able to set up an air duct cleaning while they were here. Thanks guys!

Barlow technician Ralph was at our house this morning. He was thorough, professional, detail oriented, and an all-around nice guy! we have used Service Experts' services for many years with overall satisfaction, but we are especially happy when we get a highly experienced and competent technician like Ralph.

Barlow called me and asked to set up my annual furnace service, which was great, because I had forgotten to do it the year before. Griff and Nic came to my house today. They helped me understand some problems I’ve been having for years and gave me some great low cost solutions! They were professional, friendly, and very thorough. Great service! I’ll be having them back from now on.

Used these guys for 19 years now, consistently on time, kind about my questions; Troy and Jacey came out the day after our regular maintenance when I heard a new sound and they wanted to make sure everything was ok. ADVICE -- get a regular maintenance program! It has made so much difference in the life of our furnace/AC. In Jan we recommended Barlow to my daughter and roommate in their condo and they got a new furnace/AC/Heater and are very happy with product and service.

The plumbers that came, Nic, Ralph, and Kyle (one was a trainee) were friendly and helpful, came on time and did the maintenance check and estimates for work needed. Great job. We are regular customers of this company and will continue to use them.
Today, May 26, we had Griffin and Troy come to do the regular maintenance on the air conditioner. They were on time, efficient, and went through all they checked with us. They were thorough and honest. They did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need, unlike another company we have used before. We really appreciate that. Thanks Barlow!
