Parley's PPM Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

I was so impressed with the friendly service and how quickly he was able to find the problem and had the equipment to fix it. I had called another large company to come give me an estimate to fix my air conditioner and they said it had to be replaced and gave me three quotes all over $5,000. PPM repaired the situation and charged under $300. I will definitely continue to use PPM for all plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

We've used Parley's for years for all of our water heater and gas furnace needs. They have always been very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Most recently we had the technician Casey come out and he was not only friendly but very prompt in taking care of the issue. Would definitely recommend!

Just had James B from Parley's PPM come out and inspect our water heater. We were curious to know it's condition as we're getting ready to sell our home. James was very knowledgeable and helped us identify the age and healthy status of our heater, but also gave us a surprisingly reasonable bid for upgrading the unit if we decided to go that route. We also had Casey G. from Parley's come and diagnose an AC/Thermostat wiring issue that happened last year. Casey had our AC up and running again in minutes! Both these fine technicians basically made our day. No surprise coming from Parley's. They've had our back for years now. Highly recommend them to anybody listening.

Parley's PPM is amazing. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule on the same day I called. The technician, Casey, was knowledgeable and carefully explained options available to the repair of my old AC. I had called two other companies when my AC died because I didn't realize that PPM handled Heating and Air Conditioning in addition to plumbing. PPM came, repaired, left and the other companies haven't even returned my calls yet.

We have used Parley's several times. They are always great to work with. we have used other companies who do a good enough job, but we like working with Parley's because they are easy to work with, don't charge us a fee to come out and look at our problems, and are so friendly and helpful when they are onsite.

We had our furnace checked and swamp cooler winterized. The employee was very professional, he knew what he was doing, and he gave some excellent suggestions. He was friendly and took time to answer questions. We are very happy with the services PPM provides.

Our water heater died, which we discovered Monday morning when we could get no hot water and there was leaking around the floor of the water heater. By Monday afternoon, James from Parley’s was out replacing it. We have an unusual size enclosure for it and he was still able to get it replaced by that afternoon.

By Tuesday he and an associate were out to replace the water heater vent, which had been poorly installed the first time around and was not up to code. James obviously took pride in his work and left it looking much better on the roof then when he found it, getting rid of unnecessary pipes.

We give them 5 stars for their excellent service!

Weirdly belittling experience… I’m not even sure what just happened but I guess it’s rude for me to call in on my leaking appliance…

I have had a great experience so far with Parley's. (I've been with them on their maintenance program for a full year now.) It has been so convenient to have them call and make appointments for furnace and A/C service. Life is busy and you can easily forget those mundane, routine things, but doing so could have very costly consequences. The same technician has come to my house each time and he's very friendly and professional. He even pointed out some old water damage on my ceiling the other day, to make sure I was aware of it and to discuss the cause. I would recommend Parley's to anyone!

Hi I am Kathy Smith, LEE the plumber WAS VERY personable and engaging, he gets way more than 5 stars for that.
He said they guarantee their work, so I am happy with that as you never know the people when they come out what they are really like. Jim the Project Manager honored the original bid price. I would hire them again.
