Dayton was fantastic. His install was neat and tidy. The inspector was very pleased with the work. He went above and beyond correcting work that was done incorrectly on my water. I’ve already set up and another appointment for additional gas work.

I found Dayton through a quick google search. I called him after being disappointed with the service and prices from Expert Home Services, Friendly Home Services, and Any Hour.
Dayton is professional, punctual, extremely knowledgeable and replied promptly to all of my texts. His prices are better than the larger companies and you get better service. My A/C had a hiccup on July 4th and Dayton was at my doorstep in less than 30 minutes after getting off the phone with him.

My family and I will be going to him for all of our future heating/cooling needs.

Waite Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and air conditioner in our rental but treated us extremely well. He was timely, friendly, explained how everything worked and why our current system was failing. Since we weren’t the ones signing his paycheck, he had no obligation to go above and beyond but he did. Highly recommend!

Having had bad experiences with other larger businesses, I was hoping to find a smaller operation that was more honest and transparent. I was so happy to find Dayton, he fixed a few major things promptly while I was still at work, and didn't overcharge us. He optimized a few things and got us back up and running super fast. Waite Heating & Cooling has made a whole different house for me. The home heats and cools evenly. He added a humidifier that runs off the furnace and keeps our home humidity perfect. We are so pleased with how well our home operates. Our electric bills and heating bills are the lowest they have every been.
